Easy, straightforward , no hassles. Easy to arrange and went very smoothly. Well informed as to meeting place for pickup and timing perfect.

We were met as expected and had a good feeling when one of the airport security guards had a warm greeting for our driver. Our driver spoke no English but we were able to get things done bours was a late arrival to a private rental and he helped us get in touch with the owner as they were not there to meet us. Very friendly, polite and extremely helpful.

It's a good way to make sure you have a transport after a flight without worries. The town is really close so it's a quick drive and it's very easy to find them

Even though I had a confirmation number, sent to GL Tour all the additional info asked for, and added them to my contacts, they did not show up for the transfer. I tried to call them, but no one answered. I finally gave up and took a taxi to the hotel.

An agent was expecting me at the airport with my name. The trip to my hotel was quick and easy. The communication was also very good.

Very good service, had our names on a booth and no issues at all. Marcela was helpful as I was trying to find our name as I was looking for a person with name board but the name as mentioned was on the first booth on a screen near the exit door and we found it easily.
