I den här turen kommer vi att upptäcka något verkligt lokalt, autentiskt och unikt: Det hemliga Marrakech! Vi börjar vår vandringstur från det ikoniska torget Jemaa El Fna, väver sedan genom de smala gatorna i Medina, mot de historiska judiska kvarteren (Mellah). Där besöker vi en synagoga från 1400-talet och utforskar Marockos största judiska kyrkogård. Därefter stannar vi vid en traditionell offentlig ugn (Ferran) för att bevittna hur marockanskt bröd bakas med århundraden gamla metoder som gått i arv i generationer. Vi vandrar sedan genom Marrakechs färgglada och pulserande souker, där du kommer att stöta på arbetande hantverkare – läderhantverkare, smeder, ullfärgare och många andra dolda pärlor som de flesta besökare missar. Slutligen cirklar vi tillbaka till Jemaa El Fna och avslutar turen fylld med oförglömliga sevärdheter, berättelser och Marrakechs sanna väsen.

Detta är det mycket berömda torget i Marocko, en plats så full av liv och aktivitet. Här kan du njuta av en show med akrobater, lokala musiker, ormtjusare ... och många fler. Torget är lugnt under dagen och det blir livligare sent på eftermiddagen och under kvällen.
Denna synagoga går tillbaka till slutet av 1400-talet och grundades av sefardiska judar som fördrevs från Andalusien (Spanien och Portugal) då. Det är den äldsta i Marrakech och är fortfarande aktiv sedan grundandet. Det är också värd för ett vackert museum för judisk historia och kultur i Marocko.
Detta är den största judiska kyrkogården i Marocko, med mer än 20 000 gravar. Det går tillbaka till 1537, och det ser inte ut som de kyrkogårdar du kanske känner till! en mycket speciell och intressant plats att se.
Soukerna i Marrakech är en "måste-se" del av vår turné. De är så färgglada och livfulla, med sina små gator och små verkstäder med lokala hantverkare, jag är säker på att du kommer att bli förvånad över hur vackra soukerna är ^^

We had a private walking tour with Chafik on our very first day in Marrakech, and it was honestly the best way we could have started our trip. Chafik has incredible knowledge of both the city and Morocco’s history, but what made the experience special was how he brought everything to life in a way that felt personal and engaging. He didn’t just take us to the main historical sites, but also showed us smaller, hidden places we would have never found on our own. He was very accommodating to our pace and any personal requests, which made the tour feel tailored just for us rather than something generic. This experience really set the tone for the rest of our trip, and we walked away feeling much more connected to Marrakech. Would absolutely recommend and would 100% do it again. There’s no better way to start your time in Morocco.
We spent approximately 3 hours with Chafik just wandering the various souks in the Medina. Not really shopping for anything just meandering! He has such a love for his country and heritage and it shows! His knowledge is vast he's super flexible and was very accommodating during our time together. I highly recommend him if you want a 5 star experience!
He was fantastic and took us to all sorts of unique hidden places that we would have never seen otherwise. His English was impeccable and was very patient with all our questions. We had a great day with him and had an amazing day in seeing the sights of Marrakesh.

Today my husband and I enjoyed a two-hour guided tour of the souk with Chafik, and it was an absolutely fabulous experience. We’ve been to Marrakesh many times and have wandered the souks often, but because they’re such a labyrinth, we’d always found ourselves doing the same loops again and again. This time was completely different. Chafik took us right into the heart of the souk and far beyond, opening our eyes to areas and details we would never have discovered on our own. His knowledge of everyday Moroccan life is incredible, and he shared so many fascinating insights that truly brought the souk to life. His understanding of the history is equally impressive and was woven seamlessly into the tour. Chafik’s English is superb, which made everything easy to follow and really enhanced the whole experience.
