Följ med mig, Anna, din lokala matvän i Lyon, på en gourmet- och kulturpromenad genom den historiska Gamla stan. Det här är ingen stor företagsturné. Det är en liten, autentisk upplevelse ledd av någon som faktiskt äter, lever och andas denna stad varje dag. Under denna 2,5 timmar långa upplevelse blandar jag 50% mat, 50% historia när vi vandrar genom dolda traboules, hör berättelser om matens ursprung och smakar några av Lyons mest ikoniska specialiteter. Vi börjar med charkuterier och ost tillsammans med ett regionalt vin i en av mina favoritfamiljeägda delisar. Sedan provar du en varm Praline brioche (den bästa i stan), njuter av en generös typisk rätt i en traditionell bouchon och avslutar med den berömda Coussin de Lyon, inspirerad av stadens silkesarv. Längs vägen kommer jag att dela med mig av mina personliga anekdoter, lokala tips och alla små pärlor som du inte kommer att höra på stora agentur turnéer, så att du lämnar full av god mat och bra berättelser. Anna is a fantastic guide, her knowledge of Lyon combined with the great food makes for an excellent tour. I cannot recommend her enough.
My partner and I had a wonderful time with Anna exploring Lyon and its wonderful foods! She was a wonderful source of knowledge and you could tell the community really appreciates her as they all greeted her as we passed by. The food she took us to was all wonderful quality and I loved learning more about Lyon and its food - I even enjoyed being quizzed about it later! And Anna was especially wonderful in taking such good care of us in this heat wave to keep us shaded and hydrated. Could not recommend this tour more!
Thanks Anna. I took a private tour around old parts of Lyon last week. Anna was a great guide with excellent English & knowledge of the old parts of Lyon. It was raining the day of the tour but we were able to take shelter on our wonderings from place to place. The restaurants we visited were very welcoming & hospitable. A great couple of hours with Anna. She was warm, thoughtful and was super responsive with follow up help. She was particularly interested in introducing us to the specialties of Lyon, and coupled it with some local history that was entertaining and informative.
I had high expectations going into the tour and Anna blew them away. She was so personal with our group and made us feel right at home. She has a great knowledge for the food and history of Lyon making this tour an incredible experience for our group. She even gave food recommendations to try outside of the tour and it became one of our favorite meals we had the entire trip. I would recommend doing this tour early in your stay in Lyon as Anna will help you gain a better appreciation and idea of what to look for while eating your way through the city. I could not recommend this experience more 10/10.
An experience really at the top , being Lyonnais of origin, Anna knew with my colleague to discover some secrets of the city of Lyon and especially its gastronomic heritage!! Thank you again for this beautiful day!

A great introduction to the foods and sights of Lyon. We thoroughly enjoyed our tour with Anna and learnt so many details that we would not have otherwise. The food was tasty, the tour itself a good pace and Anna is interesting to chat to.

Anna was a brilliant tour guide and we very much enjoyed the tour. She spoke excellent English and is very knowledgeable. The food was delicious. Anna even arranged a little Happy Birthday celebration as it was my mum’s 80th birthday on the same day. The 2.5hrs was well paced and fun; I’d have no hesitation in recommending this tour

Highly recommend doing this as soon as you arrive in Lyon. Anna knows everything about the history and its food of Lyon. It was such a learnful experience. I had such a Great time with Anna and learned so much. Thank you again for the Great time!
We really enjoyed this food tour led by Anna. In addition to sampling some fantastic food and providing great recommendations for eating out in Lyon Anna provided us with a history lesson. She is really knowledgeable and we found it really interesting to understand a bit about Lyon’s past.
