Vår matlagningskurs erbjuder en autentisk, praktisk upplevelse som går utöver att bara följa recept. Du kommer att utforska en livlig lokal marknad, avslöja dolda kulinariska hemligheter och lära dig traditionella tekniker som gått i arv i generationer. Under upplevelsen kommer du att njuta av en minikaffeprovning med Vietnams mest älskade brygder: saltat kaffe, äggkaffe och kokoskaffe. Välj en av dessa typer att njuta av som en del av dessertavsnittet. Dessutom kommer du att njuta av hemlagad sprit, höra folksagor och ta hem en receptbok – vilket säkerställer att smakerna från Vietnam stannar med dig långt efter klassens slut! Varje passagerare som bokar med oss kommer att bidra till våra välgörenhetsmåltider för barnpatienter i centrala Hanoi sjukhus. Mango was an excellent instructor. We have taken over 10 cooking classes around the world and Mango did the best job with the market tour portion of the class. She explained not just the herbs and fruit we were using, but others. This gave us practical knowledge on how, for example, to select the sweetest mangosteen or the best flavored mango. The cooking instruction was fine and well organized. Highly recommend!

The entire experience did take like 3-4 hours. Favorite part was visiting the local market. The food menu was delicious and interesting. The guide was super attentive, nice, and informative (spoke English entire time)

This cooking class was so much fun! Jessie picked me up from the hotel and took us to see the local market to get all necessary ingridients. He explained how shopping in Vietnam works, showed us a market shrine and explained what everything means. Then it was time to cook. Cooking class was very interactive, the house is breathtaking! We made three meals and topped it with eggcoffee which was amazing! Definitely recommend everyone to have this experience in Hanoi, it was so much fun and I got to meet people from all around the world!

No welcome tea or coffee No soda No drink of water until after 2.5hrs and I had to ask. Was not going to do the 3 types in of coffee until I mentioned it should be included. The coffee ran out quickly. It was very chaotic. They chef spoke great English and was very good. The food was great

My friend and I did this cooking class during our trip to Hanoi and loved it. They offered a free pick up and drop off from our hotel to the market/cooking venue. I loved being able to shop with our chef, Alex, at the local market and learn about produce I was not familiar with. The cooking venue is beautiful and Alex was great at giving instructions, engaging with everyone, and making us laugh. Would highly recommend this experience

The cooking class was the best experience I’ve had. I’d recommend it anytime. Jesse took his time explaining the ingredients, making everyone in the class feel involved, making it immersive. I had a lovely time. We had some good wine, we met some wonderful people. The place felt homey and he made everyone feel at home. I’d go back definitely I would. I had the best time ever

We had a fantastic time, we bought the food from the market that was so fresh and Jesse and Trang were amazing hosts the food tasted amazing and we had such an fantastic evening the kids enjoyed it loads too and we also had vegetarian ms in our group and they went out of their way to make it so special
