Absolutely wonderful experience Took my partner here for his birthday and it was a blast! 1.5 hours went by super quickly! It was so fun, entertaining and safe! Mark was an amazing guide! He made sure all of us were safely trapped in and he definitely knew how to hype up a crowd! I would definitely do it again in winter!
My daughter and I went on Sunday st 12.30 on 19 July . The weather was perfect- slight breeze and sunshine. The kitting up and short video prior to climb were all perfect. Our guide Bo was very amiable, light hearted and gave a very interesting and informative presentation when we were on top of the Dome. Our safety and enjoyment was his full priority. The views are amazing. We were a group of approximately 20 people - all very pleasant and a good mix in ages. I would recommend this to any age from 8 years upwards. Car parking is easy, email instructions prior were so helpful. It’s approximately a 2 hour turn around from slightly early arrival and bit of time in shop afterwards.
Very well organised from start to finish. Safety is ensured throughout. The climb up is steep in places getting the heart rate pumping! The views were amazing and it was great to have drinks at the top. Our guide was Courtney and she was knowledgeable and entertaining. A fab experience and highly recommend!
Did this for my 40th birthday and loved it! Our guide, Tom, was brilliant and we were well looked after. You get plenty of time at the top and don’t feel rushed at all. Something different to do and not too difficult!
As a couple in our early 80s & moderately fit, we thoroughly enjoyed our amazing experience of ‘Climbing over the O2’, albeit slowly! The staff exuded professionalism which in turn made us feel safe and confident, the safety of the climbers being paramount to the event. A huge thank you to Bob our guide for his patience and understanding, and also to the fabulous saxophonist playing for us at the summit. Top tip . . . enjoy every minute.
It was an amazing experience for my 15th birthday I loved it so much and definitely recommend for all occasions, I had Alexandra has my guide and she was absolutely fantastic, helpful, very friendly and really did make my experience even more enjoyable. What a great evening at the o2 climb. It was a great atmosphere with the sun shining over London. We were there for around 1h30 and I truly did enjoy myself. Thank you very much.
We had such an amazing experience at Up at The O2, and a huge part of that was thanks to Alessandra! She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive from start to finish. She made everyone feel at ease, was always happy to answer any questions, and her positive energy really added to the whole experience. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time, and her excellent customer service didn’t go unnoticed. Thank you, Alessandra, for making our climb so memorable—we couldn’t have asked for a better guide! Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Our guide was Humphrey. He was wonderful. Fun, knowledgeable, explained everything clearly. The climb was great, we saw amazing views across London and enjoyed a glass of Prosecco at the top. A lovely adventure with friends. Things to know: - You can take a phone camera on the climb if it is kept zipped away during the climb and used only at the viewing platform. Some of the harnesses have zip pouches in them. The rest of your belongings will be securely locked away while you are on the climb. - I wore running trainers with good grip, and these were fine for the climb. However, my friends wore fashion trainers with little grip so they had to change into the climbing shoes provided. - We wore baseball caps. Great for keeping the off. - There are professional photographers catching pics if you want to purchase them. - The o2 has a massive mall with shopping and all kinds of bars and restaurants. It is family friendly.
Brandon was a great guide! Loved the interp and hostory
Everything was great, except that the tickets could not be purchased online and there were technical problems on-site, which caused everything to be delayed significantly (45 min).
