Entertaining and knowledgeable host for coffee experience! Loved it and totally scrummy… could do the whole thing again! And as for the lantern making… perfect duration and choice of two levels of difficulty depending on you time constraints and interest to challenge yourself. 🙌
Try different styles of coffee and make a cool lantern. Buy the right coffee at the end since the coffee i bought didnt taste the same as the one in the workshop. You will be taking the lantern with you at the end so make sure it looks great.
Both the coffee and lantern making were fabulous. Well worth doing, so much fun. And the tutors were fantastic
This is the best money you will spend on a tour/workshop and was the highlight of our stay in Hoi An. This is a family run place, who roast their own coffee and will share with your their family recipes (which you can take a photo of at the end to recreate at home!). Over the 2 hours, we learned how to make 5 different vietnamese coffees, learned about the history of each of them and coffee culture in vietnam, to the beat of great tunes (literally!). It is very well organised with every detail thought out, very fun and entertaining and a must do in your stay. It went beyond our expectations. Thank you so much we had the best time!
Would so recommend this place!! Has so much fun making the coffee and learning about its history. My favourite is the salt coffee 100%.
It was really nice to do. The animators were full of enthusiasms and care to catch up on our nonsense 😅 I’m really happy to bring back a lantern that I made myself!
Both the coffee class and the lantern making were amazing. The coffee class was soooo fun, the family giving the class is so cute :) they teach you about the history of coffee culture in Vietnam and the blends they use. The lantern making really tested my patience but I loved it so much I bought 3 lantern kits for myself and my partner to do at home, and other 9 kits as souvenirs for myself friends. Hoi an is really the paradise for people who love arts and crafts!
Excellent and fun experience and would recommend. Fun atmosphere and you go home with the coffee recipes. Loved making the lantern and you are able to pick the style and fabrics you prefer

One of the best stops on our Vietnam trip. In addition to making coffee, there was always a laugh. Very warm environment. We would do it again.:)
