De underjordiska grottorna är en av de mest fantastiska platserna att besöka på ön Terceira. Den här turen inkluderar ett besök i Natal-grottan (lava-röret) och Algar do Carvão (vulkanens inre), samt det berömda Furnas de Enxofre (fumaroles) och Lagoa das Patas fritidsområde.

Turnéns första stopp kommer att vara på en hemlig plats som heter Lagoa das Patas. På denna plats är det möjligt att besöka bäcken som härstammar från Serra de Sta Bárbara, besöka lagunen och interagera med djur som ankor och några fåglar. Det är ett fritidsområde fullt av liv och natur!
Här kommer vi att besöka berömda Gruta Natal och Lagoa do Negro. Vid detta stopp har du möjlighet att gå genom lavatunnlar gjorda av moder natur och se Lagoa do Negro på nära håll.
Furnas do Enxofre består av ett område som består av flera utlopp av aggressiva vulkaniska gaser vid olika temperaturer, några ganska höga. Den har en liten gångväg som låter dig observera svavelröken på nära håll.
Vi besökte det inre av en vulkan i centrala Terceira! En oförglömlig upplevelse att minnas resten av livet.

We had an amazing time with Andre. He was extremely professional, showed on time for pick up at our hotel and filled the entire experience with so many details about the island that it made the tour even more interesting. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Terceira and request Andre if you can! :)
Great day seeing the islands. The botanical garden and hot springs were amazing and lunch was delicious. Hugo was very knowledgeable and had a lot of interesting history and stories to share
Wonderful half-day excursion. Seeing the inside of the volcano is a unique experience and the visit to the Natal caves and the sulfur fumaroles and lagoon were also very interesting. The 3 hours fly by and the guide, Jaime, is attentive, very knowledgeable about the Azores and the route in particular, in addition to being very friendly and a great guide. 100% recommended
I had an absolutely fantastic experience! On this tour, I was able to explore the unique caves of Terceira – an unforgettable highlight of my trip. The tour was excellently organized and the pickup went absolutely smoothly. My guide André was simply great. With a lot of expertise, enthusiasm, and incredible patience, he explained the formation of the caves to me down to the smallest detail. In doing so, he always addressed my wishes and perfectly adapted the pace of the tour to me. This tour was a real experience from start to finish. Enjoyed this tour with Jamie during our 4th full day on Terceira. Very interesting areas of the island we had yet to see, and the information provided by Jamie made the experience that much better. Walking through the inside of a volcano was a first for me. Thank you again!

Wonderful tour of the lava tubes and the interior of a volcano in the middle of the island. André was a fantastic guide, knowledgeable, sincere and respectful. He sent a message ahead of time to let me know the pickup time which was a great help. Comfortable van. I will go again with this company.

While the weather did not cooperate, we still had a fun tour of lava tube and volcano. The weather meant we skipped the fumarole, but James gave us some extra time at Quinta dos Azores - for coffee and a snack Also we had delightful stop at the duck lagoon. Very peaceful.
