⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an absolutely amazing experience on this 3 day Bali private tour! Our guide, Katut, was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made us feel comfortable from the very beginning. His knowledge about Bali’s culture, history, temples, and local spots was outstanding, and he explained everything in such an interesting way. Katut went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience possible. He was patient, professional, always on time, and happy to answer any questions we had. You could really tell he genuinely cared about making our trip special. The tour itself was beautiful, well organised, and covered so many incredible places. Thanks to Katut, we got to see the real beauty of Bali and learn so much along the way. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Bali and if you get Katut as your guide, you’re very lucky!

The driver picked us up at our hotel on time. I asked him to stop for a bottle of water, after a half hour of I had to tell him to stop for water. The first and second stops were as planned. The one thing I was really looking forward to was the Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary. He took us to Kemenuh Monkey River instead, very lame and a lot of steps up and down. I saw a gift shop and told him I wanted to stop in and look, he told me we would but had to look at something else first. Next thing I knew we were getting into the car. He then took us to a wood carving store and skipped the Mount Batur lunch and took us to a water fall. At this point I was done for the day and told him to take us back to the hotel. We skipped the 2nd day and the third day we just went to a Rice Terrace. Driver had a bad attitude and didn't listen to anything we had to say. Would never use this company again.

Water stop: We provide complimentary bottled water in all our vehicles. I’m sorry for the delay when you asked to stop for a different brand. While water is always available, our standard is to stop immediately for any guest request. Mr. Ketut understands this and has taken your feedback to heart. 2. Monkey Forest location: On day 1, you mentioned wanting to see a monkey forest but with minimal walking due to fatigue. Mr. Ketut, drawing on his local expertise, explained that Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary requires a considerable amount of walking to reach the main areas. He offered Kemenuh Monkey River as an alternative with a much shorter walk, and you agreed to visit there. We apologize if the change from the original itinerary caused any disappointment, and we will ensure we explain the pros and cons of alternative options even more clearly in future. 3. Itinerary changes on day 1 & 3: We understand you were unwell after day 1 and requested to return to the hotel early, then decided to skip day 2. On day 3, the water activity was removed per your request. The wood carving stop and waterfall were suggested as alternatives to the Mount Batur lunch given the long drive and your condition. I regret that the timing of these stops, including the missed gift shop visit, was not communicated clearly enough in the moment. You should never have felt rushed. 4. Communication: I’m sorry you felt unheard during the tour. Mr. Ketut’s intention was to adapt quickly to your needs and the changes in plans while prioritizing your comfort. We recognize that in fast-changing situations, even our most experienced drivers can face communication challenges. We take full responsibility as a company to support our team so every guest feels completely informed and listened to. We are using your feedback as an opportunity to reinforce our already high service standards with the entire team — including re-confirming all itinerary adjustments with guests before proceeding, ensuring immediate action on comfort requests, and strengthening communication protocols when a guest is unwell. Mr. Ketut has been with us for many years and consistently receives excellent feedback. He was genuinely concerned about your well-being throughout the tour and regrets that your experience did not reflect that. We truly regret that we let you down on a trip you were looking forward to. We had an incredible time in Bali thanks to our tour guide, Moyo. From the moment the trip started, he made everything easy, enjoyable, and stress-free. He knows Bali inside out the culture, hidden spots, best times to visit places, and all the small details that make the experience unforgettable. Moyo was always on time, very polite, and genuinely cared that we enjoyed every moment. His communication was perfect, and he was flexible with our schedule, making sure we visited exactly what we wanted without ever feeling rushed. He also took great photos for us and recommended amazing local food spots that we wouldn’t have found on our own. Ketut was my driver, everything was good, only was a lot for one day, but the places are very beautiful, maybe I will remove the artiste store. Ketut has flexible time and local advises for the city.

The 3-day tour was fantastic! Our driver, Sandeep, was excellent and very helpful throughout. Just a heads-up — traffic in Bali can be quite busy, so be prepared for long hours in the car. Bring some snacks for the drives, as the days can run from around 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., depending on where you’re staying. Overall, it was a great experience!

Moyo is the best. Came here solo for my birthday trip didn’t really have anything planned but Moyo planned everything and showed me the best place to eat etc. he also take so great videos. Most definitely will be my driver on my next trip

We pre-booked three days prior to arriving in Bali and had Moyo as our driver. He was such a great guide and so very flexible as we changed our itinerary once we were Bali. Traffic was really bad at times but Moyo navigated the best routes for us. We fit so much in on our three days seeing sites in Bali we had never seen before (this was our 5th trip). We also got to know Moyo and learnt about the Balinese culture. As a family of four with diverse interests we managed to meet everyone needs.
