Ultimate Johannesburg Tour

This tour was an excellent way to see highlights of Johannesburg within a day. Our guide Mo was exceptional and took time to explain the history and details of all the sites we visited. He picked me up from hotel and dropped me back at the end of tour. From start to finish the day was thoroughly planned and informative. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful tour! Tsholo was an excellent guide and we really enjoyed his insights. We also enjoyed everywhere we went and we are thankful that we got to go to the highlights of the city all in one day. Having a guide at every sight was really helpful and we learned a lot. Unlike major sights in other cities where you can manage on your own, it would be extremely difficult to see everything we did on your own in Johannesburg. This is coming from someone who tries to avoid group tours that can often be too slow or too crowded. This tour was neither. It was very personal and a very small group. Going on this tour really was the best way to experience everything - you get a local’s insight, safety, and the historical background you need to understand the city.

The tour is a must for those who want to know more about the recent history of South Africa, with stops at important points of interest. The visit to the Apartheid Museum and Soweto were the latte points for me. The Ouda guide is very friendly and attentive, always telling the historical facts and giving his perspective of the current situation of the country, in addition to being a funny guy. The comfort of the van and the water included in the tour made the difference for an entire day ride. I recommend.

This is the perfect tour for you if have a day at Johannesburg and want to know the history and culture of the place. Our guide Mo was very knowledgeable and passionate about the history of South Africa and Johannesburg in particular. He showed us the entire city in a full day trip. It was a long day, but worth it. Our guide Byron (hope I'm correct) was very nice and helpful. I thank both for giving us a good experience at Johannesburg.

This is a very comprehensive and expensive view of all the things to see in Johannesburg in a day. Our guide, John was punctual, very well informed, and provided an entertaining day.

Mo was a great guide. The prison was interesting and driving tour of city center allowed us to see areas of Johannesburg that we wouldn’t have otherwise seen. Mandela Square was lovely. Would have liked more time there. Highlight was the Apartheid Museum. It is massive and we could have stayed there all day to get through it. Mo helped arrange our experience so that we had the maximum time there. Great trip if you only have one day.
