Priceless pieces of history
Uffizi was a must stop on my list for The Birth of Venus alone. Beautiful views. Amazing pieces of artwork that have been painstakingly preserved. Wish I would have brought headphones to make using the downloaded audio guide available- but I forgot or missed it in the prep emails.
Operatörens svar
Seeing The Birth of Venus in person is one of those moments that can make a visit to the Uffizi unforgettable. We’re glad the gallery lived up to its place on your must-see list and that you enjoyed both the artwork and the views.
Thank you as well for mentioning the headphones. We understand how easy it is for a detail like that to get missed while preparing for a busy travel day, and your feedback is useful as we look at how we communicate the audio guide instructions.
Best regards,

Brilliant tour - 100% recommend!
We had a fantastic experience on the Uffizi Gallery Guided VIP Small Group Experience on 23 August 2026.
Our guide was absolutely lovely—really pleasant, engaging and exceptionally knowledgeable about the art and history of Florence, the Medici family and the Uffizi itself. We saw a number of important works in the gallery, brought to life by our guide’s expert narrative and fascinating insights.
At the end of the tour, we were also directed towards other areas of the gallery so we could continue exploring independently, which was a great way to finish the experience.
I’d have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this tour. An excellent experience from start to finish—100%!
Operatörens svar
Margaret, what a wonderful way to experience the Uffizi, with expert guidance first, followed by the freedom to keep exploring at your own pace.
We’re so pleased your guide made the art, Florence’s history, and the story of the Medici family feel vivid and engaging throughout the visit. Knowing the tour gave you both fascinating context and confidence to continue discovering the gallery afterward is especially rewarding.
Thank you for your enthusiastic “100% recommend”, we truly appreciate it.

Download the app beforehand for better experience. We had booked for audioguide but couldnt use it as app was not downloaded before hand
Operatörens svar
We’re sorry that you were unable to use the audio guide during your visit. We understand how disappointing this must have been. The app needs to be downloaded in advance to access the content, and we appreciate your feedback as this information should be communicated as clearly as possible before the tour.

A “cluster” of a tour
This was was a discombobulated and poorly organized experience. They changed the time on us last minute. Then they had us waiting for 40 minutes because the tour company screwed up the ticketing process. But instead of being the 90 minute tour as advertised, the guide felt compelled to compress a 90 minute tour into 60 minutes. So it was like listening to a speed reading class on Italian art instead of amor well paced experience of the museum. The guide was knowledgeable. But overall, the experience was hurried and poorly organized. We would’ve done much better to just have a headset and guided ourselves. It was an incredible waste of money and more importantly our time. When I shared this feedback with the tour company, which is called Crown, they said thank you for the feedback and that was it. Any professional outfit would have made good on the poor tour. Extreme disappointment. Avoid it at all costs.
Operatörens svar
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are very sorry that the last-minute time change, ticketing delay, and shortened tour made the visit feel rushed and poorly organized.
We understand how disappointing it must have been to lose valuable time at the Uffizi and then experience the tour at an uncomfortable pace. We also regret that our previous response did not address your concerns in the way you expected.
Please send your booking reference number to feedback@crowntours.com so we can investigate the ticketing issue, timing, and communication in detail.

It is absolutely not a small VIP guided tour as the title says. I got my ticket from the employee and led myself thru.
The title is deceptive. I walked thru the gallery myself the only thing that they provide is the app that has audio to describe the art. However, I had my own audio guide that I preferred so I used that one instead. I guess it’s the convenience of not having to purchase your ticket on the website, I’m not really sure the point of this “tour”.
Operatörens svar
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear the experience did not match your expectations.
We understand your concern regarding the tour description and the guided format. Your comments are important to us, and we will review this with our team to ensure the information provided is clearer and more accurate for future guests.

Uggizi tour
Definitely the way to go! We were a small group (6) and our guide, Gabriela, was most knowledgeable about the backstory of the paintings we viewed. She took time for questions as well. After the one hour tour we had as much time as we wished to tour the museum on our own.
Operatörens svar
Thank you for your wonderful review. We’re so glad to hear you enjoyed your Uffizi Gallery small group tour.
It’s great to know Gabriela made the experience so engaging with her knowledge of the stories behind the paintings and took time to answer questions. We hope to welcome you again soon.

Great tour!
This was a wonderful small tour. We had Ms Lopez who was so knowledgeable and really explained things. She made time for me to see certain art in the museum especially. She was very down to earth and friendly and it felt like doing a tour with a friend. The tour company is very well run.
