Oh my goodness where to begin. I had a query before booking so emailed the company, they replied to me within minutes answering my question and assisting me in booking. I then booked the trip, the whole process was so professional I knew I had nothing to worry about. After receiving an email telling me where to be and when, sure enough Kadek my driver arrived on time to pick me up and could not have been more INCREDIBLE all day! I travelled alone and the trip lasted for me from 9am to 7pm and never once was there an awkward silence or anything. Kadek taught me all about Balinese culture and was happy to answer all the questions I had. Every stop on the trip was amazing, I never felt rushed, he was so respectful explaining everything along the way. I was able to spend as little or as long at each stop as I wanted. Now I travel alone a lot and usually end up with beautiful photos of scenery but all along the way he volunteered to take photos and knew the best locations! Finally nice to prove to friends and family I was actually there! The trip was incredible value for money, the company was fantastic and professional and well, Kadek you made my trip to Bali!
My husband and I had a great tour today with Ketut. He arrived on time to pick us up at our hotel and started by telling us the itinerary for the day. We had a lot of questions which he was kind enough to answer and keep the conversation alive. It was a full day of visiting attractions and we were never rushed. We appreciated his careful driving with all the traffic. The location he chose for lunch had delicious Balinese food with a great view of rice fields. Thank you to Ketut for contributing to a memorable day for our vacation!
The name of our driver was Kadek. He drove us very safe and explained everything. He is very patient and helped us with taking perfect pictures. We would like to have him again.
My girlfriend and I were picked up by Sudi at 7:50am. He greeted us warmly and we got into his van where he offered us a chilled bottle of water. We began the trip by going to a Barong Kris Dance (local dance from Hindu traditions depicting the eternal struggle between good and evil). From there we went to the Tegalalang Rice Terrace and went on the couples swing. We then went up the mountain to eat at a restaurant overlooking the Kintamani Volcano (active volcano that erupted in the 1960’s and spewed lava over the land. There is still the remnants of the burnt land and volcanic rock all over the mountain side). We headed down the mountain to the Coffee Luwak plantation where we learnt all about the production process of the coffee and tried some delicious samples of teas and coffees. We then went from there to the Gunung Kawi Subatu (the Gunung Kawi public temple) and washed our hands in Holy Water as well as learnt all about the history of the temples. We then were dropped back off at our Villa at 5:30pm. On our way to each stop Sudi took us through the villages and explained what each village was known for and gave us a history of their traditions. There is so many more things that this tour group can offer and if you choose what you want to do they can tailor the tour to your wants and needs. All up cost my girlfriend and I around 730,000 Rp. Equivalent to approximately $73 AUD which includes transport and entry to all sites and rides. Excellent value for money. Will cost more or less depending on what you choose to do.
Communication 10/10: Organising our tour from Australia with Putu the owner was easy, very quick response via email and what’s app Tour 10/10: we organised a custom tour of Ubud, including ATV Quad Bike, Rice Fields, Swing, Temple, Elephant Cave, Markets and Monkey Forest Tour Guide 10/10: Our tour guide and driver Dedik was a true gentleman, has a good grasp of English, helped us get a few good bargains at the markets and took us to lunch at a local eatery. Our other transfer driver Kadek was also very nice, I’m sure the entire team of drivers and tour guides are just the same Highly recommend the service of this tour company when staying in Bali Terima kasih
