Ubud eBikes Tour till Tegallalang Rice Terrace

We just returned from the most incredible e-bike tour through Ubud and are still talking about it! Our guide Raika made this experience truly special — knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely passionate about sharing Balinese culture with us. As a family of four, we weren’t sure how we’d handle the hilly terrain, but the e-bikes made it completely manageable and so much fun! Raika tailored the tour to our pace and took the time to answer every question we had along the way. The highlights were endless: we were welcomed into a private Balinese home, which gave us a rare, intimate glimpse into local life. The rice paddies were absolutely breathtaking — we learned how rice is harvested and snapped some stunning photos that will live on our walls forever. We stopped at a temple with zero crowds and then had lunch at an amazing spot where we watched people zip lining and swinging on the giant swing above the rice terraces — and of course, we had to zip line ourselves! On the way back, we visited a coffee farm where we learned about the famous luwak (civet cat) coffee process — how the animals are part of the harvest, and how the beans are processed into what becomes one of the world’s most unique coffees, which we got to taste at the end. If you’re visiting Ubud and want an experience that goes beyond the tourist trail, book this tour. Raika and the team gave our family memories we’ll cherish for a lifetime, and new understanding and appreciation for Balinese life, traditions, and values. If you want a tour without crowds (I.e. Monkey forest), book this tour, it’s absolutely worth every moment!

Excellent service and an unforgettable cultural tour! Our tour guide was so caring and patient with all of us, especially on the e-bikes. We loved exploring Ubud’s villages and temples, and the scenery along the way was absolutely beautiful. The Balinese lunch at the end was a perfect touch too. Highly recommended if you want to experience Bali at a slower pace!

Very nice tour. Everything well organized and carried out in a safe way on the busy roads around Ubud. We were picked up at the hotel and dropped off at the company where we were well received. Everything was already ready, but when it turned out that the bike was a bit too big, I could switch to a smaller bike. One of the tours therefore took my son on the back. That was very nice.... My 1.5 year old son loved it. The instructions were clear and we were taken past local temples, the rice fields and coffee plantations. Very nice, including lunch and photos and videos afterwards. The two guides were very involved and clearly enjoyed their jobs. Highly recommended, because not every bike company has the option to bring your own child on the back of an electric bike.

Our bike tour in Ubud was undoubtedly the absolute highlight of our entire Bali trip! From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized. Our guide was incredibly friendly, empathetic, and attentive. He always made sure that all participants felt comfortable, were safe on the way, and could enjoy the day. His passion for Balinese culture and his warm interaction with the guests made the tour something truly special. At the beginning, we visited a traditional Balinese house, where we learned a lot about Balinese religion, culture, and traditions. Next, we went to a local temple and then to the impressive Tegalalang rice terraces. The view there is simply breathtaking and is among the most beautiful places we have seen in Bali. We particularly appreciated that photos of us were taken throughout the entire tour. This allowed us to fully concentrate on safe driving and the beautiful surroundings, instead of constantly having to take photos ourselves. We were photographed at the most beautiful spots and now have wonderful memories of this special day. Afterward, we enjoyed a delicious meal with a stunning view of the rice terraces. To conclude, there was also the opportunity to try a swing and participate in a coffee tasting – a perfect addition to this already fantastic experience. As a thoughtful gesture, we were even welcomed with fresh watermelon upon returning the bicycles. We were thoroughly impressed and can warmly recommend this tour to any visitor to Bali. Thank you for this unforgettable day and the many beautiful memories. For us, this bike tour was clearly the highlight of our trip!

We had a wonderful time on the cycling tour in Ubud. Rayka (hopefully it's the correct spelling😅), our tour guide made this a very memorable experience for us. He was so meticulous, full of information about the Balinese culture and answered all our curious questions with utmost patience. Enjoy cycling through the rice fields with a nice guide Dewa! He told us a lot about life, temples and customs and took us into the rice fields. With lunch afterwards.

We had a very nice tour with a lovely guide who thought us a lot about Ubud and the rice fields! Would totally recommend!!

We did a small group tour (3people) with this company. The tour lasted approximately 3.5hrs and it took us along streets and through rice fields, with plenty of stops. The ride was fairly easy thanks to the power assist e-bikes, suitable for most levels of experience and fitness. Our tour guide, Raki, was very friendly & informative. The e-bikes are in good condition and well maintained. They provided helmets, small backpacks & a bottle of water. If you want to do a bike tour I would recommend these guys.
