Very good time. Unusual place between mangrove, beach and houses

The service provided, was excellent. So absolutely no complain from this side. But the poor little left-over of mangroves after destructing a piece of nature for some buildings at the seaside is not worth paying a visit. The private guide for the 2 of us did his best to extend the tour to 2 hours by leading us trough some canals and to an artificial beach but apart from a nice sportive challenge this did certainly not rescue the experience.

On arrival you get a waterproof bag for mobile phone etc., backpack and shoes are stored, you can opt for one or two seaters, then we started through the mangrove forest, then under bridges along the houses, was a very nice tour, even if you have little experience with kayaking, very good guide who always drives nearby and pays attention

We both enjoyed the kayaking as we had never done it before but the tour guide, who was a nice enough guy, could have been more informative. We only had the option to book for 2 hours and really for the area covered one hour is enough. We were out less than 1 .5 hours and included in that time was getting off on a ‘beach’ and not really knowing why. Really felt like it was just to a bit of waste time! I’d advise getting a cab to Reem Central Park and hiring a kayak for an hour’s paddling, it’ll be cheaper!

Very enjoyable trip. All of the staff were friendly and courteous. The Mangroves are beautiful. The excursion included return transfer from our Hotel. The Driver was excellent.
