This is a great way to meet and share a meal with local people who love where they live and want to share it
If we could give Sara and Alesdio ten stars we would! Absolutely wonderful time cooking, eating, laughing with this wonderful couple who went above and beyond!!!!
This was a very personable and fun glimpse into pasta making from a local. Doretta was so hospital and an excellent teacher. We sometimes had trouble with language, but between our grasp of each other’s languages (and help from translating apps) we were able to form a friendly rapport and share stories, jokes, and otherwise have good conversation. In addition to making pasta and tiramisu, there was a large spread of appetizer food. I left stuffed and satisfied. Would do again.

We had such a fun time and we are no cooking experts! Jenni is a wonderful teacher. Will definitely try out making the tiramisu at home. Loved eating all our home-made pasta! And we received photos and videos documenting our cooking experience.

We had a warm, generous host who kindly welcoming us into his lovely home. He guided us through the making of pasta - ravioli and tagliatelle - and then tiramisu. It was all done with humour, delightful sharing of language and interesting conversation. Our fellow guests were charming and we couldn't have spent a better evening on our second day in Turin. A beautiful table was set where we able to taste the results of our 'hard' work - delizioso! Would do this again in an instant! Thank you
We loved our cooking experience with Eugenia. We were really stunned by the beauty of her house and the warm hospitality she and her husband extended to us. It was really a "hands on" learning experience and fun, too. So know we know a lot about pasta and Tiramisu and will try to cook it at home. What a perfect couple and wonderful evening! Thank you
Five stars doesn’t do Benedetta justice. Incredibly attentive and welcome from before we started the evening. The warmth and family feel here was immediate. The journey of making our pasta and Tiramisu was thorough and well explained. The food that was served was out of this world in terms of flavour and how it was presented. Sharing the evening and meal with three generations of the family was an experience like no other and will always be a memory that I hold close to my heart as it’s truly what family is about. Benedetta you are a shining beacon of family life and of Italy. Thank so much, I won’t ever forget this experience.
The chef was fantastic and very patient with us. She explained everything she did in detail and gave the reasons why. The host and family made us feel very welcoming into their home and by the end of the class, we were sharing many laughs. I would recommend this class to anyone interested in learning how to prepare fresh pasta and to learn about the "traditional" Italian meals.
