Organization for the ferry trip is poor. I was there the day before with the booking confirmation. No reaction! Of course, the exchanged tickets were missing the next day. Going back and forth between the counter and the ready-to-depart boat. Annoying!

It has been a horrible experience! we went from figurines and the person who sold us the ticket did not tell us that we would have to go all the way down because upstairs there was another excursion with paella! And the return was made in another boat even worse low cost than ever we have been more afraid! For the same price another Enterprise next door gives better quality and Service!

Queremos aclarar que nuestros barcos son medios de transporte regular entre Ibiza y Formentera, por lo que, como ocurre en todas las compañías de la isla, las condiciones del mar pueden influir en la sensación del viaje y no dependen de nosotros. Respecto a las zonas a bordo, la descripción de la excursión especifica claramente los espacios disponibles y la distribución de pasajeros. La diferencia entre la parte superior e inferior es únicamente de ubicación, ya que el servicio ofrecido es el mismo para todos los pasajeros. Sentimos que su percepción no haya cumplido sus expectativas y agradecemos su comentario, que nos ayuda a seguir mejorando.
The boat we were expecting didn’t turn up we had to go to Ibiza town by taxi and pay for another boat ticket and on the return journey the correct boat didn’t turn up and we were very late and missed an evening out so in fact it ruined our whole day and cost a fortune and I’ve had no reply from my emails to the company - very disappointed

We had booked for today this fantastic experience with the guys of Ibiza sea cruises. Unfortunately we could not participate due to bad weather, but the guys were very kind in giving us back the money in advance and treated us as if we were their friends. I highly recommend this agency to live there one day at best in Formentera.

Last year I took the ferry to Formentera with them and the experience was fantastic, so this year I came back! In addition to the ferry trip, they also offer really beautiful excursions that allow you to discover the island in a special way.
