Vi rekommenderar starkt att börja klockan 05:00 för bästa utsikt och upplevelser. Börja från ditt hotell eller tågstation eller var som helst inom vårt upphämtningsområde, för 2 till 3 timmars resa genom täta områden, traditionella marknader och de bergiga slingrande vägarna. Efter ankomsten kommer vi att se vattenfall panorama från ovan. Ta en promenad ner genom tusen steg och njut av tumpak sewu från botten. Ta massor av bilder och fortsätt till Telaga Biru för ett dopp. Klättra upp till vackra Goa Tetes, en gömd plats som några få känner till och tillbaka till parkeringen. Mineralvatten på flaska finns tillgängligt ombord gratis, och ett depåstopp för kokosnöt i slutet av resan. Måltider tillhandahålls inte, men du kan be att stanna till och prova Malang lokala livsmedel på vägen tillbaka till hotellet. Vi åker från Malangs centrum genom något landsbygdsområde med utsikt över Mount Semeru, det högsta berget på Java som är 3 676 m ö.h. Traditionell marknad och folkmassan som gör morgonaktiviteter är utsikten längs den kurviga vägen i cirka 2 timmar enkel väg.
Förbered din baddräkt och spårningsskor för en äventyrsresa till Javas största vattenfall. Efter ankomsten kommer vi att se vattenfallspanoramat från ovan. Ta en promenad ner genom tusen steg och njut av tumpak sewu från botten. Ta massor av bilder och fortsätt till Telaga Biru för ett dopp. Klättra upp till vackra Goa Tetes och tillbaka till parkeringen. Du behöver ett starkt hjärta och ett par friska knän för de 3 till 4 timmarna av utforskning. Rekommenderas inte för äldre eller barn under 10 år. Det finns några stånd som säljer frukt och snacks runt om i området.
Klättra upp några små vattenfall och gå in i några grottor
Vi kommer att ha samma rutt tillbaka till Malang i liknande tid och olika eftermiddagsvyer. Gå till lunch på lokala kulinariska och stanna till i presentbutiken för lokala kaffebönor och snacks (på begäran).

Tumpak Sewu is the best waterfall I have ever seen and it was a great morning spent exploring the waterfall, canyon, and the Tetes waterfall and caves. Our guide was super and took amazing photos for us.

A really great experience! The landscape is absolutely stunning. We truly appreciated the kindness of our guide, Moury, and our driver, Fani — both were incredibly helpful and made the experience even more enjoyable. Some parts of the path were a bit challenging, but definitely worth it.

Fani was an amazing guide. He tailored the trip to my interests and abilities, offering many options for getting close to the waterfalls and exploring caves. He took lots of photos and videos along the way. I was glad I wore trail running shoes and not sandals because there was lots of walking through water on rocks. Fani was careful to point out places that were more slippery, and there were never any issues. Because we arrived early and didn't follow the same route as other guides, we had most places to ourselves.

The pickup worked very well. On site, guide Calvin accompanied us throughout the tour to the waterfall, caves, etc. We walked among rocks, watercourses, and much more, and mastered many steps, but this was worth it. A really great and very wet experience, we had a lot of fun doing it. This resulted in super beautiful photos that Calvin took. Finally we received a coconut :)

Wow HIGHLIGHT of my 3 week trip to Indonesia! ABSOLUTELY STUNNINGLY BEAUTIFUL WATERFALLS! Bima was a great driver and really helpful and courteous. He drove me there and back to and from Surabaya. Rio was a fantastic guide, he really took wonderful pictures and knew exactly the safest path around the waterfalls!

Perfect trip from Malang to Tumpak Sewu. Clean and comfortable car, and the views at Tumpak were amazing. The guide really made the trip: very friendly and knowledgeable on the wildlife, Indonesian history & culture, and the best spots to get good photos. I used the same company and guide to take a Bromo sunrise trip, which was also awesome. Highly recommended for solo female travellers!

Very well organized and satisfying. Tumpak Sewu Waterfall is one of Indonesia’s most breathtaking natural wonders. Most visitors only visit its circular waterfall, although there are many spots to visit. Fortunately, Mas Fani will take you to visit many hidden gems, so be prepared to get wet, because he will take you to a more challenging route. I took a day trip from Malang. I was picked up at 5.10 am, arrived at 7.00 am, then had a 6-hour trip. During the trip, I also got a chance to try tropical fruits under the falls and Indonesia’s favorite food, “gorengan”. Before returning to the hotel, I was served a super yummy noodles, anyway you can choose any kind of food you like. Your trip will be well documented, as well as both photos and videos. Very pleasant excursion with our private driver and our guide waiting for us directly on site! The waterfall was impressive and our guide did everything to make this experience lively and dynamic, as well as being a quality photographer ahah! We recommend ++++ you should plan: swimsuit and spare clothes absolutely and even water shoes ideally!
