Tulum Ruins Tour (privat, halvdag)

Eli was a fabulous guide. He was patient with my disability, and never made me feel rushed. He also entertained us with a riveting tale of the history of the Myans.

Our tour guide, Rodrigo, picked us up and immediately immersed us with knowledge. He was extremely knowledgeable about the Mayan culture and answered all our questions. I also appreciate the visuals he brought to further explain concepts. He had a great sense of humor and was very patient with us. It was nice that he offered to take pics as a family in spots he knew. He made sure we had water and protection in case of rain. I also appreciate the communication with a Pic of the car to look for in the am. It was amazing!

Eli is a local of Tulum and not only gave us a very professional and knowledgeable tour of the ruins, but also gave us insight into the local life and how it has changed over the years.

The tour operator Eli was great. Communication was on WhatsApp. Eli gave me a picture of his vehicle which was helpful. He was casual,very friendly, and knowledgeable. His personality was such that you felt at ease and was just hanging out with a friend. It was a private tour just for the two of us and the one one experience was awesome.

We had a great experience on the tour with our guide Rodrigo. He did an excellent job explaining the history of the ruins as well as the geology of the Yucatan on the drive to the ruins. We did the tour with our 1.5 year old in a hiking back back and that worked out really well for us. Our son had fun looking at all the iguanas 🦎. While we learned a ton about the Mayan Ruins!

Great experience, convenient pick up from hotel and great guide, especially if you want to go at your own pace!

I have been on several tours with Yucatan Eli's Tours over the past few years. A friend of mine joined me on my most recent trip to Tulum and she wanted to see the Tulum Ruins, Yucatan Eli's Tours did not disappoint! Eli picked us up on time at our hotel and we went for a great tour of the Tulum Ruins and also a delicious lunch at a restaurant in Tulum (Eli knows great local restaurants!) We enjoyed the tour of the ruins and lunch very much, lots of great pictures at the ruins! I always recommend Yucatan Eli's Tours for the best private tours, do not hesitate to book with them!

This had potential to be better, but our guide only focused on 3-4 buildings on site. What about the others? The whole tour felt incomplete. Plus, all the structures are roped off so that you can’t go inside. It makes for a mediocre tour and was pretty disappointing. Definitely not worth the money.
