Arrived on time to pick us up in Tulum. Friendly driver, air conditioned. Didn't mind making one quick stop, which we tipped the driver for at the end in thanks. 10/10. Will use this service again.

Pedro was a great driver. We went from Cancun airport to Tulum very quick. Was a bit surprised at the quality of the car for the price we paid and how many air-fresheners he had —which was a lot to breathe in, and we couldn’t open the windows.

This was a seamless experience from pick up to drop off. We felt that this was the safest option travelling from Cancun to Tulum - highly recommend Luis! He was a vibe!

I booked a round trip airport transfer with Caribbean Transfers, I was picked up in an old vehicle that was dirty on the inside, which I informed them about. They said they would provide a cleaner and newer car for my trip back to the airport. For the airport trip they said they were running late. My pick up time was already tight which caused me to have to get a taxi from outside my hotel so that I didn't miss my flight and they refuse to refund me for the return trip. HORRIBLE experience. DO NOT BOOK.

We landed in Cancún at 6pm. By the time we cleared customs and picked up our bags, it was 7:00. We immediately notified the transfer company, as soon as we had our luggage (at 7pm). Despite this, the pick-up did not take place until 8:10 pm, or 1:10 am, with two young children, after an 11-hour flight. Pros: the driver finally picked us up and he was very friendly, which we appreciated.

It’s a bit more expensive than others but the service is the MOST professional, outstanding communication, they’re on time and arrive when they say they will, extremely clean and safe driving.
