Cirka 10 minuter med bil från Assisi kan du göra denna speciella upplevelse. Vår tryffeljägare visar dig hur du hittar tryfflar som går genom skogen, hur du använder dem på bästa sätt, erbjuder dig alla hemligheter och dessutom hur du lagar mat och njuter av dem. Det börjar på morgonen på vingården. Därifrån, tillsammans med en tryffeljägare, kommer vi att njuta av en promenad i ett skog med tränade hundar som jagar den så kallade svarta diamanten i Umbrien, tryffel. Du tillbringar morgonen med att upptäcka denna forntida och typiska umbriska konst och sedan kommer vi tillbaka till vingården för att smaka på den här värdefulla ingrediensen i olika traditionella rätter i par med ekologiska viner. Observera: Vi vandrar på landsbygden så att du behöver skor som passar det (löpare är ok). Vänligen meddela oss om du inte kan gå i ojämn terräng, vi kommer att gå omkring 1h - 1h30 i skogen, eller om du har några speciella dietbehov (t.ex. vegetarian, allergier ...) Om vi har dåligt väder kommer vi att kontakta för att se till att du fortfarande är redo för det!

- Tryffelreservatet ligger 2 km från mötesplatsen, så det är nödvändigt att komma med bil eller ledig hytt för att nå reservatet.

This was an absolutely wonderful and unique experience, everything about it was top tier! We loved following the dogs through the woods and watching in amazement as they found the truffles, and our guides were so friendly and made the whole day so fun! The meal afterwards was an incredible home-cooked meal, with every course somehow being better than the last! We left with some of their homemade balsamic, and wished we had more room in our suitcase to leave with wine as well!

Even in the rain the truffle hunt was delightful. The guides were knowledgeable and pup Dodo was as skilled as he was adorable. Bring your appetite! The lunch with wine pairings did not disappoint. Everything was delicious and you felt like you were being served by family.

Absolutely great experience! Loved seeing a truffle hunting dog in action, and the wine and food pairing was delicious! Highly recommend for a beautiful day in Umbria!
We had an absolutely fantastic day! The Tili’s treated us like part of their family. Dado the truffle hunting dog made the day extra special. We never had so many truffles in our lives. The food and wine were perfection and the views stunning!
This was easily our favorite meal of the trip. We loved the truffle hunt--it was so fun and joyful--but the real treat was the lunch and wine that followed. I have a gluten and dairy allergy and they planned the meal so thoughtfully around me. It was spectacular. The food was fresh, unique and delicious--loaded with fresh truffles. And the view was stunning. The wine is special. And the family was so very kind. I cannot say enough good things about this experience. It is casual and informative and delicious. Highly recommend!
Fabulous experience! Beautiful dogs and ladies led our tour. The country side was was lovely. The lunch was very delicious and included the truffles the dogs located and wine produced at the farm. I especially enjoyed the eggplant parm prepared by Mama. Met a sweet couple from Calgary on their honeymoon. Very nice visiting with them. Highlight of our trip!
Laura and her family made this day wonderful. Her dog Dado is so smart and found truffles for the delicious lunch and wine we enjoyed after the hunt. The view at lunch was beautiful and made for a fun, informative and delicious time.
