My driver was awesome. His vehicle was clean and he got us to our destination in plenty of time. I am of Italian Heritage and my driver turned out to be connection with my first cousin so it was really interesting and his English was not a lot but between his English and my Italian we communicated quite well
Driver was very polite, timely, and professional. I would use the service again. The driver was able to converse a bit.
15 minutes late and no communication about the vehicle the driver said it was not his fault but did not say why
I would have left zero stars however I could not go past without picking at least one. Bad customer service , late to picking us up making us almost miss our train. Over all would advise staying clear from this service !

Booking a transfer from our hotel in Sorrento to the airport in Naples was a super smooth process. I received communication from the vendor days before and up to the day of the service. Our driver was great and I will definitely be using them again in the future.
My ride experience from Sorrento to Naples airport was very good! The driver was polite and friendly and I was comfortable with his driving.
I booked a shuttle service to pick us up very early in the morning to get us to the train station to take the train from Sorrento Italy to Naples Italy, so that we could continue on our journey to northern Italy. Our shuttle did not show up and it took us a very long time to get a hold of anybody Had to pay extra for a taxi and buy a new train ticket and we missed our train from Sorrento to Rome so we had to get another train ticket. It ruined our entire day as we were rushing around in different train stations to get to our destination. We are still waiting for a refund and have requested they reimburse us for the additional tickets we had to buy.
Good service, very efficient however they changed the pick up time to 2 hours earlier than requested as they thought traffics would be bad. Traffic was fine and we arrived at the airport with 4.5 hours to spare and unable to check our luggage in. Not ideal ending to our holiday.
