Had reservations for 11 in 1 Vehicle. Reached out multiple times pre-arrival for pickup instructions, still did not go smoothly. Switched to 2 vehicles, (not a big deal) but 2nd vehicle did not show up. 1st driver was fantastic, tried to help. Told 2nd group where to meet and called company. Once again, 1st driver fantastic but 2nd was over 30 minutes late, did not go to meeting point and tried to charge an extra wait fee at drop-off. I believe this company subs out the rides. BEWARE
we scheduled the pick up time we wanted car and driver were ready and waiting driver was very pleasant

The car was clean, the driver friendly and we enjoyed the ride. He gave us great pointers as to what to visit! He was there to pick us up 30 minutes earlier and we arrived 30 minutes earlier so we didn’t have to wait at all! Awesome!!!

Would highly recommend Cab My Ride - easy to use, excellent service. My driver was quick, reliable, and friendly. The operator I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and made sure I was very happy with my service, and made sure I knew how to track my driver with the app. I was very impressed by the app, driver, vehicle, and overall service. We booked a private transfer from Heathrow to a hotel in Southampton. Our flight was diverted which resulted in a delayed arrival at Heathrow. The driver had been tracking the flight & knew that our arrival would be late. He was there waiting for us! The car was clean and comfortable. We would definitely book Cab My Ride Again.
