Initially we couldn’t find our guide, so I called the company. They instructed us to stand near a specific store, and viola! Our driver located us! London traffic was bad, so our driver didn’t want us crossing the street with our luggage to get to our hotel - he made sure we were dropped off right at the lobby door
Second time using this company for our family holiday transfer to and from Heathrow and would definitely use them again. Easy to book and the customer service is amazing from the booking team and the drivers who always load and unload our luggage no questions asked. I thought someone will be waiting and greeting us with a name plate of my name at the arrival hall. Instead they kept calling me which I was not ready to pay for roaming fee at that point. Then I got messages saying I didn’t tell them where to wait??? That was never mentioned prior that I had to communicate and I won’t know where to meet anyway. We ended up waiting more than 40 mins for the driver to come in to the arrival hall. I don’t appreciate having to wait that long after a long international flight. All the vendor had to do was just wait to greet us in the arrival hall with my name showing as advertised. Plenty of others were doing just that.
This service worked out perfectly. Couldn't be happier. Our flight was delayed, and we had to ask the driver to make an extra stop to pick up the VRBO key. The communication with the service provider was seamless, and the driver was completely accommodating...and he personally escorted us door-to-door. Wow! Highly recommend!

The meeting at the airport was easy & the driver was helpful with all our luggage. There were 8 of us with 8 pieces of luggage & some carry ons too. No problem fitting it all into the van. The driver was pleasant & we felt safe.
