This was a relatively smooth experience. The driver was waiting for us at the exit with a sign with our name. Got us from the airport to the hotel safely. The only drawback is that we had to walk for a significant bit to get to the vehicle. Depending on who you are traveling with this might have posed a problem and this is not something that was communicated. We were all able bodied and capable but if somebody in our party had been a little bit elderly this could have been an issue. All in all the service was completed as a requested.

My driver was Felipe and he was amazing! Messaged me on WhatsApp while the flight was deboarding, and ensured me he was waiting outside and would be able to pick me up when I cleared customs. He sent me a clear picture of the exact spot to meet, and it was immediately outside the airport when I walked out. He drove us all the way to my accommodations, and helped me with my bags, and ensured I got inside safely, and even messaged after to ensure I was settled. 10/10 could not recommend enough

Our ride from GRU airport to our hotel in Sao Paulo went very smoothly. Our driver, William, was very friendly and professional. Although he didn't speak English, he communicated with me on WhatsApp (in perfect English) and gave me detailed instructions on where to meet him, including photos and a video.

Great experience! We were met with a sign at the airport. We had enough room for luggage. The van was extremely nice. Everything was as promised.

We had a change just before we took off from Atlanta to Sao Paulo. There was not time to reach out to Viator to change the destination. When we got to the airport and found the person with our name on the paper, we tried to tell her that we were not going to the Mariott as originally planned; instead we needed to go the Hilton Garden Inn Santo Andre. We asked her to make sure the driver was aware. We even showed the driver our phone with this hotel showing. We assumed he understood but he spoke NO English. Next thing we know after quite a long drive, he pulled up to the Marriott hotel! It took quite awhile for him to get authorization to take us to the CORRECT hotel which was quite a distance from the Mariott. He seemed annoyed with us and we were very uncomfortable.

Our driver was at the airport waiting for us. The driver was friendly, had a welcoming and professional personality . He assisted us with our lugguage. He had great driving skills which helped us relax and enjoy the ride.

VERY DISAPPOINTED! I had to give 1 star to leave a comment. Ordered and PAID for a 10-12 passenger Sprinter 17 Nov 2025. Received multiple confirmations along with diagrams to meet at Terminal 2. After arriving and making the 30 minute trek to terminal 2, we called your company and were told to come back to terminal 3. Because we were traveling with someone in a wheelchair, we requested you pick us up at terminal 2 as your confirmation emails told us to meet. After 20 mins we were told we were being picked up at terminal 2. A 9-passenger van arrived. We told the driver we had ordered a 10-12 passenger Sprinter, and he let us know this 9 passenger van what we got. We told the driver that our luggage would not fit, but he crammed it in the back anyway. The back van doors would not close with the luggage so the driver disengaged the back seats, causing the seat backs to remain in a leaning forward position, unable to lock in an upright position, so we were not able to sit upright the entire 1 hour 30min ride. After ordering an paying what we needed 17 Nov 2025, your company had ample time to deliver. I did not get what I paid for!
