Emanuele was wonderful, professional, and knowledgeable. The best part is communication through messages. Able to change pick up times easily.
Would highly recommend this transfer service. It was a very smooth pickup at the cruise port and safe ride to the airport. Van was spacious and clean and driver was very nice. Company was also easy to correspond with ahead of pickup.
Emanuel our driver, made our transport from the ship to our hotel a very pleasant experience. He even made a stop at a very beautiful spot overlooking Rome for pictures.

The driver was courteous and on time. The a/c was great —Rome was HOT! The van was clean and comfortable.
Easy pickup. Driver assisted with luggage and we were in Rome from the cruise port ahead of schedule.
Emanuele Colella was an excellent driver. He was prompt, communicated with us before the pick up, and took good care of us the entire way. He had ideas for good restaurants in Rome. His van was clean. I highly recommend him.

She was exactly on time. Made leaving much easier. I will say this was probably on the more pricey side compared to the taxis sitting there BUT this was pre booked so it took the stress off trying to find someone etc out of the equation.
