Easy Peasy! Booked ride from airport to hotel. Car was there on time and the driver was very friendly and informative.
We have cruised many times from many places but I was not prepared for the Vancouver port experience. The terminal is huge and very crowded. We were to meet our driver in front of the Pan Pacific hotel. Had to ask for directions twice. Allow some time to get to the meeting point. Traffic was horrendous. But it was all good once we were picked up. The crowds were so huge I can't imagine trying to get a taxi.
Arrived early, communicated well, and was very courteous. It was a comfortable ride and I would highly recommend.

I called the driver to let him know we were at the pick up point! It seems I woke him up. He had no clue. Finally, he got it . I took another ride. I had to get an early flight and I just didn’t trust him!. I really feel I deserve a refund!!

We were picked up at the airport, even though our flight was late arriving. Our driver, Fred, was waiting for us and took great care in driving us to our hotel.
Best way to get from airport to hotel if traveling with a large party with lots of luggage, especially if the hotel doesn't have an airport shuttle.
