Driver was friendly and professional. Mercedes Sprinter was clean and comfortable. There was inconsistent communication from the office to the driver for our pickup so we were about 15 minutes late leaving the port. My suggestion is to provide the driver with the customer's Whats App contact info rather that communicating through the Viator communication app at pickup.
We had 5 adults and a lot of luggage and we all fit very comfortably. Our driver was very friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with. She kept us updated on her arrival to port and made sure we got to airport on time. It made getting off the ship and getting all of us to the airport a very easy process with no issues.
Your team address my question very promptly. Our driver was amazing! She arrived a few minutes early, which was great. She pointed out various monumental places on our drive. Our drive was very smooth and relaxed.
The driver was very friendly and easy to communicate with before pick up. He was easy to find from the ferry and made the experience stress free. The vehicle was very spacious and could hold up to 8 people and I was by myself so I had lots of space for my luggage. I enjoy prepaying for shuttles as it makes it less stress free for me but I was told while on the ferry that there would be an extra 30 euro charge for after hours on top of my already pricey shuttle price.
Nicolas was our driver; he was very friendly and professional. The night before our pickup, we received a WhatsApp message giving us the driver name, car plate and driver contact info. After disembarking from our cruise, we were able to find Nicolas outside the terminal. Would recommend!

They travel comfortably and spaciously. Blanca was waiting for us and drove us phenomenally from the port to the airport, entertaining us with a very pleasant conversation.
