Upphämtningsplatser och tider
Vår chaufför hämtar dig på den angivna adressen 15 minuter före den schemalagda tiden. Vänligen kontakta oss minst 12 timmar före tjänsten för att meddela din exakta upphämtningstid. När din identitet har verifierats genom att kontrollera bokningsvouchern tar den dig längs den snabbaste vägen till Roms flygplats (Fiumicino eller Ciampino). Om inget annat anges beräknas alla transfertjänster utifrån 1 bagage per passagerare. Kunder med mer än ett bagage per person måste informeras i förväg för att kontrollera om den angivna bilstorleken är tillräcklig eller om det är nödvändigt att tillhandahålla ett större fordon och tillämpa en högre transferavgift baserat på den begärda bilstorleken. Om kunder reser med mer än ett bagage per person utan föregående meddelande kan de debiteras direkt för den extra bilen.

Great experience! Our driver was waiting in our hotel lobby as soon as we came down to check out of the hotel. (He was early, so no stress there!) He loaded our luggage and got us to the airport in plenty of time. I highly recommend this service.

Our transfer from our Rome hotel to the airport went very smoothly. We were going to the airport to pick up our rental car and our driver was prompt, helpful and got us to the rental lot without any problems.

Nice piece of mind to know that you have a ride waiting for you right outside hotel and not having to deal with a taxi. Took us right to the terminal we needed and help load and unload our bags.

I gave this 5 stars only because I can't give any higher than 5. Our driver looked like a driver out of a movie. He was dressed in a nice Black suit and driving an immaculately clean shiny Black Mercedes. He was the ultimate example of professional. Due to the street in front of our hotel being blocked off, he had to park approximately 1/2 block away. He walked to us, greeted us, and carried our 2 suitcases for us. He drove like a trained professional driver, with both hand on the steering wheel at all times and focused on driving. We were treated and felt like we were celebrities. I would definitely recommend this service and would use them again.
