We used Cab Roma 4 times during our trip. -FCO to our hotel in Rome -Hotel to the Civitavecchia Cruise Port for the start of our cruise - End of our cruise to a Hotel in Rome - Hotel to FCO We had pick ups at various times during the day including 5 AM for our flight home. We received a confirmation email a few days before each transfer, and the name and phone number for the driver at 6 PM Rome time the day before the transfer. Each driver messaged me on WhatApp the day of the transfer to provide ETAs and updates on arrival. All the drivers were early and very professional. Highly recommend and would use them again

This was a seamless experience. Communication with the company was straightforward to ensure our chosen time of pick up. The driver arrived early and was waiting for us. Amazing ! With all the plane delays, including the long lines at customs, our driver was there and waiting for us.
