I sent them a message requesting an earlier pickup and was ghosted. No communication from the company forcing me to make other arrangements. When I asked for a refund it was denied by Viator. I will not use this company again it is a scam!
Our family of 9 people, 6 adults and 3 children, spent a week in Costa Rica. I am so happy to have prearranged our airport transfer from our hotel at the JW Marriott in Guanacaste to Liberia airport for 6 of us who were leaving on the same day. Arturo, our driver, could not have been more considerate of us, arriving with cold bottled water for all of us for the trip and being very friendly. He arrived 15 minutes before the designated time and got us to the airport safely and efficiently in the typical 1.5 hour time frame. The vans are super comfortable, air conditioned and spacious. This service is the best, and takes all the worries about transportation to the experts. By the way, its cost was less than the transport company offered by the JW hotel. We were very pleased and would certainly this service again.!
On time. Very friendly. Even pointed out a monkey and offered to turn around so I could get a picture. Will book with green country again. Very good , professional and we were ahead of schedule.
