The driver was on time, drove safely and was friendly. The only issue was we booked on viator about 1 month in advance, we booked for 8am as this was the earliest option displayed, and on the same day as booking we messaged the operator and asked whether we could actually make it 7am instead as we needed to make it to the airport. On the same day that we messaged, they kindly confirmed that this was fine for 7am. The night before the journey I messaged the provider to check everything was prepared for 7am the following morning. They hadn’t noted down the earlier agreement and responded to say it would be 8am. I screenshotted their earlier email where they agreed 7am, and they got this sorted in around 50 minutes. I appreciate it getting sorted, but this was late at night (around 11pm) the night before our journey so it was very stressful. If I hadn’t messaged to follow up myself, then they would have come an hour late and we could have missed our flight.

While you requested a change to 7:00 AM, any modification to the confirmed pickup time should be clearly updated and reconfirmed before the travel date. We are not aware of guests' flight schedules unless they are specifically provided to us. Our responsibility is to respect the confirmed pickup time on the booking, which we always do. Excellent ride from Agadir to Marrakech! Our driver was timely and called when he arrived at our hotel. The ride was very smooth. He even contacted our Riad when we arrived in Marrakech so that they were there as soon as we parked! It was an excellent experience!!

Picked up on time, SUV really clean inside and out. Driver courteous, quiet and polite. Offered to stop for a bathroom break as a courtesy. Very helpful contacting our Riad and waiting with us until we were picked up and brought within the Medina. Highly recommend
