Our driver communicated promptly and directed us to his pickup station, conversed and made us feel welcomed.
The driver was great! He was very kind, communicative, and offered great service. The only downfall was the vehicle. It could use some updating for the price of the transfer.
Do not book this transportation!!! There wasn’t a reachable number for pickup I couldn’t get in contact with anyone until a day later than my original pickup date. I couldn’t get a refund they are so unprofessional. Do not book!!!!
Great communication prior to pick-up, confirming flight arrival time and pick-up location. On time and the vehicle was perfect size for 6 people and baggage.
My flight was delayed . So I didn't get picked up with the transfer booking I made. I ended up using Lyft.

Very friendly and efficient response time. Easy directions to nowhere to wait for pick up. I would use the service again.
Driver was not fluent in English, even though we specified English speaking. Dropped us off at Circus Circus at the casino and it took us 10 minutes to walk to the other side for check-in instead of dropping us off at check-in. We had one passenger in a wheelchair and all of our luggage to carry through the whole building.
