Alessandro was extremely professional and timely! We were a little stressed and on a tight schedule for airport arrival and he communicated clearly and often regarding his location and arrival time, It was very reassuring and we appreciated the extra efforts!
After a very long flight that we did not sleep on, our driver was there and waiting for us, very smooth ride.
Was met at airport promptly at the agreed time and the location was easy to find. Driver helped us get our luggage to the van. The van/limo was very comfortable and the driver delivered us with no issues.
