Välkommen till mitt kök, där varje rätt berättar en historia och varje ögonblick delas som en familj. Vi börjar med ett smakprov på Spanien – en uppfriskande sangría som görs på plats, precis som vi gör hemma. Naturligtvis kommer det också att finnas gott spanskt vin att njuta av. Därefter kavlar vi upp ärmarna och lagar en klassisk spansk tortilla, och sedan... är det dags för showens stjärna: den traditionella paella Valenciana. Som stolt valencian guidar jag dig steg för steg, delar med mig av tips, berättelser och alla små hemligheter som min mormor lärde mig – så att även du kan göra en äkta paella hemma. Vi njuter av maten vi har gjort tillsammans runt bordet, med bra samtal, skratt och en sista kopp gott kaffe. Mer än en klass, är detta en hyllning — av kultur, anslutning och glädjen att laga mat tillsammans. Och om du har tid efteråt, missa inte den livliga San Ildefonso Market precis runt hörnet! Got a taxi to the venue and waited outside only to be told by Viator they couldn’t get in touch with the provider and they would refund us. Not about the money about the fact we had planned our whole days activities around this and were left with 2 disappointed and cold children and no notice to book a suitable alternative.

Wonderful way to start our time in Madrid!! Pipa is the best teacher and cook, and she was so lovely and welcoming. She made us feel at home, and included each participant in every step of the class. There were 6 of us, and we had so much fun. Great paellas (a traditional made with rabbit and chicken, and another with seafood and chicken). We also made a Spanish tortilla, and we enjoyed a wonderful sangria. Just do this class!!
Pipa was such a lovely, friendly host. The cooking was super fun, informative, and most of all delicious! Highly recommend, we had a great time!
Our hostess Pilar was wonderful! She was an excellent teacher and we had a feast of the Spanish tortilla, Sangria, and Paella that she cheerfully taught us to make. She was warm and welcoming, and it was a treat to be in such a beautiful Spanish home with such a radiant person. We truly enjoyed our time with her, and the delicious authentic food. We highly recommend this experience in Madrid - you won’t be disappointed.

We were very impressed with this incredible cooking class with Paloma. From the moment we stepped into the kitchen, we knew we were in for something special. Paloma was a fantastic chef, warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. Her passion for her cuisine was evident in every step, and she made the entire experience both fun and educational. We learned how to make a true Valencian paella from scratch and a Spanish tortilla. After we finished preparing the dishes, we all sat down together to enjoy our dishes, accompanied by Spanish wines and great conversation. It was the perfect way to cap off an amazing culinary adventure. Thank you, Paloma, for an unforgettable day!
Such an awesome experience. Our host and Chef was amazing. She was very patient and took us step by step through preparation and what makes a traditional Paella. I definitely recommend this class!!! I was so much fun!

We absolutely loved our time with Paloma. She met us on the street near her apartment, escorted us to her kitchen, and began a fun afternoon of cooking traditional paella and tortilla accompanied by a pitcher of sangria. We specifically selected Paloma’s venue because we could tailor the menu, she provided a small group venue and it was very personable. We appreciated her following up with a email of the recipes. Be sure to check your email spam folder as that is where I found her transmission. This session was a highlight of our time in Madrid.
