Towns Of Bangalore Walk

Beskrivning

We actually had a tailor made tour with Poornima which had a few hours visiting Tipu Summer Palace, the fort and the flower market followed by a few hours’ shopping for fabric in the Chickpet area. Poornima was a fabulous guide. She is so knowledgeable about the history of Bangalore and enthusiastic about her subject. She worked so hard to find the exact shops for me to buy fabrics and took us for a delicious dose at a historic eatery and sugar cane lemon water at a roadside stall. It was exactly what we wanted and I would highly recommend using Poornima and Unhurried for a visit in Karnataka - they do much more than Bangalore.
Hi, Thank you for such a great feedback. It was a fun time, especially shopping. Thank you for the lovely photos. I would love to see the gowns made from the fabrics purchased. Cheers, Poornima
We did two walks, one with Poornima and one with Vidya. Both guides knew their history well and guided us at an unhurried pace through the rush of Bangalore, finding quiet scenic spots in between the hustle and bustle of the city. They brought us to eat at local historic eateries. Told personal stories woven through the rich history of the town. Would recommend a tour with them and would book with them again. (And a special thanks to Vidya for her excellent photographs she took of us during the tour!)
Dear Hannah, Thank you for such an awesome review of our Basavanagudi & Kote Walks. Vidya & I enjoyed conducting the tours for you both. Look forward to conduct more such walks & tours the next time you are in the city. Warmly, Poornima
I heard about Unhurried on Lonely planet. This is my first time in India. I had the best tour experience of my life. I have done tours in Europe and South America but no one compares to Poornima. She has an incredible insight on Bangalore in all aspects and she made us feel at easy and welcomed. I loved it💚❤️. Many thanks for this experience above my dreams.
Dear Laura, Thank you so much for such an fantastic review! I enjoyed conducting the tour for you & look forward to meet you again & take you on other Unhurried experiences warmly, Poornima
