Absolutely an amazing service. If you're looking for an amazing day around wine country, don't think twice, book them. Extremely professional, helpful, super responsive and they never hesitate to go out of their way to make sure you're looked after and have a special day. As a customer (and a small business owner myself), I can't recommend them enough.

The tour was very well organized and a lot of fun. Our driver was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about wine and the region. He provided snacks and water, organized our wine purchases for us, and went out of his way to be accommodating. My only complaint is that the actual wineries we were taken to did not match the information from the website or email I received - the website indicated we would be visiting 6 wineries and we were taken to 5, we did not actually go to 2 of the wineries listed, and another one was added that was not on the list. This was not a big deal as we had a great time and 5 wineries was more than enough to visit in one afternoon, I just would have appreciated receiving more accurate information about our tour. Overall it was a great experience.

We apologize that the info that TripAdvisor listed was misleading, they had added some additional info which has been corrected. The tour has always included 5 wineries, TripAdvisor & Viator have made this more clear. We did bring you to Frind Winery, which is a new winery in West Kelowna. It was added to your tour as it has become a new favorite as guests love the wine and beautiful winery located right on Okanagan Lake. We are glad your overall experience with us was great and hope to see you again!
We had a lovely day today with Patrick as our guide. There were only three of us so it was a very friendly tour. We tasted some delicious wines particularly from Quails Gate Winery. The girl at The Hatch Winery was good fun. We also had a lovely lunch overlooking the winery at Volcanic Hills Estate Winery. We took some photos with Sammy the Lamby who travels with us,

Our driver Gary was excellent. He was knowledgeable about the area and the wineries. He went into each one and set things up for us. It was a seamless and very organized tour.
