We had the pleasure of having Jacqueline as our guide and she was exceptional, from the moment she greeted us with warmth and a smile. Jacqueline escorted us to Toronto's highlights as well as hidden gems and shared little known facts mixed with lore. As a native with tremendous Canadian pride, she has an extraordinary depth of knowledge All of our questions were answered and we could have easily spent the entire day with her if time allowed.

We had just landed in Toronto for a 30 hour visit . I was with my 13 year old son for a mother -son bonding weekend. Jenn did a great job modifying the tour to fit our levels of energy and interests. She really put time into thinking of a tailored experience for us and was quick to adjust as my son got tired.
