Interesting driving around the city but the guide was a waste of time. Couldn’t hear anything other than some muffled non stop talking out of a single speaker in the middle of the bus. The seats have individual units for headphones. Why are they no longer being used? Certainly a better option than what we had

Narration was difficult to understand due to one speaker sound source on the top deck and competing city traffic and noise. Couldn’t clearly hear the guide’s words for most of the tour. Although beyond the control of the tour, Toronto traffic was a nightmare, therefore the tour ran way too long.
We're sorry to hear the tour was not as expected. If possible we would like to look into this further and would appreciate any additional information that you could share with info@citysightseeingtoronto.com such as the time of your tour or the guide etc.
We selected the two day option. This permitted us to be able to get off and visit several sites which required us to walk to from the various stops over the course of the two days we had Darwin as our guide. He was very informative and mostly avoided the somewhat silly jokes that I suspect were just part of the script which he’s expected to deliver. He was very helpful for the questions that we had and appreciated him as a guide. The only drawback that we had was on one of the buses. The audio system had a fairly high level of static through the headphones. Two of the other buses did not have headphones available, but we could easily hear what was being said through the speaker.
