Turen börjar på Plaza de Zocodover, stadens hjärta. Här kommer jag att erbjuda dig en historisk introduktion till Toledo och berätta om dess betydelse som huvudstad i Visigoth Kingdom och dess fascinerande blandning av kulturer. Vi kommer att dra nytta av detta torg för att placera oss i den medeltida stadens sammanhang och på så sätt bereda vägen för följande stopp.
Från Zocodover går vi mot Alcázar i Toledo, en fästning som har bevittnat många historiska händelser, inklusive det spanska inbördeskriget. Sara shared a lot of local insight about Toledo, which helped us gain a much deeper understanding of its history and the most exciting parts of the city in an engaging way. The three-hour tour went by quickly—we didn’t want it to end.
