Efter ca 1 timmes bilresa ansluter vi oss till vår guide.
Vid ankomsten gör vi en panoramatur med buss för att njuta av den magnifika utsikten över staden från andra sidan floden Tejo, ett måste för att ta den mest populära bilden av Toledo.

VANDRINGSTUR : Vår vandringstur börjar vid det ikoniska Plaza de Zocodover, hjärtat av Toledo sedan arabisk tid. Detta triangulära torg, som en gång var en livlig Marketplace, visar århundraden av historia genom sina portikerade byggnader. När vi gräver djupare i Toledos medeltida gator stannar vi vid El Salvadors källa och korsar den pittoreska Balaguerpassagen. Vi beundrar det majestätiska stadshuset i Toledo och fortsätter till Rådhustorget, där stadens politiska, religiösa och rättsliga makter sammanstrålar. Turen kulminerar vid den magnifika gotiska katedralen, ett mästerverk i Spanska gotiska arkitekturen som dominerar Toledos skyline.

We booked an English speaking excursion. The excursion was bilingual (Spanish and English), which we did not know. Ofcourse, this was not the main issue. The guide spoke very poor English. The very little that she spoke to us was actually reading them from her notes. In any case, it was hard to understand her. When we arrived to Toledo, the bus dropped us off at the bus stop, located at the bottom of the town. We have booked the tour half day so our excursion did not we did not include guiding in Toledo. We got off the bus and the guide never explained to us that the easiest way to get uphill to the town is to use the escalators. We ended up walking all the way uphill to the town. It was only at the return to the bus stop meeting point, that we found out on our own that the we could have use the esclators to get uphill to the town. We use them ofcourse only on the return downhill to get to the bus stop meeting point. We were very disapointed from the very poor service we received from the guide. She was inexperience and did not pay the proper attention to the English speaking guests.
The tour is planned well. We started from Madrid at 10am , reached Toledo in 1 hr to take photos from a panoramic spot, the we headed to the old town for 1 hr guided tour and then you have 3 hrs of free time (enough to know further about this great city during the Roman and the Muslim era). I wanted to know more about the Muslim era who ruled Toledo aka طليطلة, for almost 400 years, but unfortunately this was barely mentioned by the guide.
Amazing Exxerience! Toledo is a very nice city full of history. If you visit on summer don’t forget to be prepared for very hot days. A must see is the museum of Domenikos 🇬🇷 (El Greco). The company and the guide were very professional and I would suggest them to everyone 🤘
It was an excellent experience. The city of Toledo is beautiful. The bus was clean, the driver drove well and the tour guide was outstanding and informative. We left on time and returned on time.

Organization was smooth and everybody was friendly. We’ve had plenty of time to explore the city of Toledo - a little over 5 hours. Audioguides were handed out and I really like that it was not a guided tour where you follow the group. With the audio guide you could explore just how you wanted, stop, drink and stare whenever you felt like it. Lovely experience. Cathedral was optional to book. There are some museums around town, the fees are humble

Fabulous tour. Only an hour on the comfortable bus from Madrid. Lovely guide who was from Toledo, so gave a great tour with informative descriptions. Plenty of time to wander around on our own as well & have a lovely meal. Toledo is beautiful.

The city is amazing with so much culture and magnificent architecture. The diverse terrain made it easy to see the beautiful castles and cathedrals. The tour was informative and interesting. The guide was very informed although at times difficult to understand with the heavy accent and the mispronunciation of English words. Definitely recommend for a deep dive into the history of Toledo.

Service offered was inferior to what was ordered and paid for via BOOKING, it also promised a guided tour inside the cathedral
Anche se la recensione non riporta un nome utente, sappiamo a chi si riferisce. Ci dispiace che ci sia stato questo malinteso. Come vi abbiamo già spiegato tramite la guida, la prenotazione effettuata corrispondeva all'opzione base. Le informazioni presenti sul sito includevano una descrizione generale del tour di Toledo e delle diverse opzioni disponibili. In particolare, veniva specificato che l'opzione con Cattedrale comprendeva la visita guidata all'interno della Cattedrale. Tuttavia, tale descrizione era riferita all'insieme delle opzioni offerte. Al momento della prenotazione avreste dovuto trovare due possibilità: Toledo e Toledo + Cattedrale. Nel vostro caso, l'opzione con Cattedrale non era disponibile perché la visita si svolgeva di domenica. La domenica, infatti, non organizziamo la visita della Cattedrale poiché è chiusa durante il nostro orario di tour. Anche il voucher di conferma riportava chiaramente la dicitura "Toledo" e non "Toledo + Cattedrale", indicando quindi il tour prenotato. Il giorno dell'escursione avete mostrato alla guida la descrizione generale del tour, ma non il voucher con la conferma della prenotazione. La guida vi ha spiegato questa differenza e confidavamo che la situazione fosse stata chiarita. Ci dispiace che l'equivoco abbia influito sulla vostra esperienza, ma desideriamo rassicurare i futuri viaggiatori che il servizio ricevuto è stato esattamente quello prenotato e confermato al momento della prenotazione. I wish the VPT office would let their customers use the toilet in their office. It’s not like we’re random people walking in. We’re actually customers, but no, they will direct you to the cafe around the corner where you have to buy something to use the toilet before getting on their bus. The A/C in the bus seemed defective in the first 30 minutes of the ride back to Madrid. Then I think the driver realized the window was open so the cool air didn’t stay inside the couch.

The old truck, the service from the operator or travel agency in Madrid is very unacceptable, lacking the willingness to serve, there are no restrooms in their offices. That bad start

Antes de salir hacia Segovia, usted se dirigió a nuestro guía en un tono inapropiado e intentó generar descontento entre el resto de los participantes, creando una situación incómoda tanto para nuestro personal como para el grupo. Nuestro equipo merece el mismo respeto con el que trata a todos los clientes. Respecto a los baños, el itinerario incluye una parada durante el recorrido en la que todos los participantes pueden utilizar los servicios. Además, al finalizar la visita, los clientes disponen de tiempo libre en el destino, donde también pueden acceder a numerosos establecimientos con baños.
