TOKYO Ultimate Samurai Armor fotoupplevelse!

To celebrate my 60th birthday, I visited this studio because I was reluctant to take pictures with my red one. I asked Sanada Nobushige for armor at Akazonae. Both the cameraman and shopkeeper and the female staff members were very kind and attentive, especially the shopkeeper, who seemed to know a lot about history and took photos while telling us many different stories about history. The resulting photos were also very good, and I think they were memorable photos.

This is something that I've wanted to do. To dress as a samurai warrior. I got to the studio an hour earlier than my scheduled appointment. The staff were able to accommodate without any problems. They are super friendly and help you get dressed in the armor of your choice. There are a number of options to choose from. As they dress you they explained about the parts of the armor and why things were done or put on in a certain way. It was very informative. They then start the photo session and will suggest poses to do based on the person's armor you are wearing. You will spend about an hour from the time you enter till you leave. I'm really glad I made reservations for this. I had fun and have the photos as a memento of this wonderful experience!

Absolutely wonderful experience and I recomend anyone who goes to Japan visits. Will definetly be going again in the future!!

This was such a fun experience! I am really into Japanese culture and history and having just learned about the Sengoku period was really cool to be a part of by trying on the armor! The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the process and the armor sets. I speak both Japanese and English, so both the lady and gentleman that helped me properly explained the process, explained the history, and allowed me to take multiple poses with the armor. I chose the Nobunaga armor and they both explained how the armor was put on, what it’s called in Japanese and why, and helped put it on me and pose me in a great way for the photo! I did the regular plan and a photo add on, which was perfect for me. The bigger plans are definitely worth it for a much larger group. I definitely recommend giving this place a try! You get to feel like a samurai back in Japanese history!

Experience was like no other! Best photo shoot anyone can take in Tokyo! Staff was incredibly generous and kind! Definitely recommend this place and give them a 10/10!

A must do experience if you are into Japanese samurai history. Taro san, the owner was very friendly and took the time to explain the history of the Samurai and each pieces of the armor. Overall, it was a worthwhile experience.
