Innan sushitillverkningen kommer du att utforska världens största och mest kända fiskmarknad, och din guide kommer att lära dig om marknaden, japansk mat, ingredienser och redskap. På sushikursen kan du lära dig att göra nigirisk sushi och rullad sushi av en professionell sushimästare. Det kan vara svårt att göra sushi, men oroa dig inte! I den här klassen lär du dig de enkla in- och utsidorna med att göra Sushi så att du kan göra läcker Sushi själv. Sushitoppingen kan inte ändras på dagen för evenemanget.

- På dagen för din turné kommer vår guide att vänta på mötesplatsen med en tavla som säger "Japan Wonder Travel".
- Vänligen kom med bekväma promenadskor eftersom denna turné huvudsakligen är en vandringstur.

- Tsukijis inre marknad (affärsområde) har flyttat till Toyosu efter den 6 oktober 2018. I denna turné kommer vi att besöka Tsukijis yttre marknad och minigrossistområde för att introducera japansk mat och kultur.
- Spädbarn och småbarn är gratis, men om de vill prova på att göra sushi måste de använda sina föräldrars/vårdnadshavares sushikit. De kommer inte att få sitt eget sushikit att göra.
- Tyvärr tar vi inte emot vegetariska, halal-, glutenfria förfrågningar eller allergirelaterade förfrågningar.
- Tjänster som inte anges (Exempel: Hämtning och avlämning av hotell, Transport till/från sevärdheter, Extra mat och dryck, Övriga personliga utgifter) ingår inte i turen.
- Denna aktivitet är perfekt för som inte har några problem med trappor. Vårt klassrum ligger på tredje våningen i den Japanska traditionella byggnaden med endast trappor.
- Vänligen meddela oss om du är allergisk mot några ingredienser och du har några matrestriktioner när du gör en bokning.
- Tyvärr tar vi inte emot kosher önskemål.
- Vi kommer att försöka tillgodose allergirelaterade önskemål, även om det kanske inte är möjligt.
- Fiskmarknaden (Uogashi grossistmarknad) är stängd på onsdagar, söndagar och andra stängda marknadsdagar.

Sushi making class was fantastic! I would highly recommend it. However the fish market tour was tedious. There was no explanation at the beginning of the trip as to what we were doing. It was hot, busy and we couldn’t fit in some of the vendors, it was uncomfortable and we couldn’t hear the tour guide. She wasn’t very engaging. She took us through the parts of a tuna fish on the side of the rd not even near the food. I question the relevance. This component was disappointing
My Guide Shoko was super friendly and spoke excellent English. After our informative tour within the fish Market, she handed me over to the Sushi cooking class, which was a fantastic experience as well.

It was funny and the food what we made was very good, so we had a very nice experience. Kids enjoyed it, the adults too :-) i recommend
