Efter att ha bevittnat kraften i deras morgonträning kan du ställa dina egna frågor till brottarna i en exklusiv frågestund. Efteråt får du en officiell Sumo "Banzuke" (rankning) i en ursprunglig souvenirmapp att ta med hem. - Kom närmare sumobrottare än du skulle om på en turnering - Prata direkt med brottare under vår privata frågestund - Lär dig mycket mer om sumo än du skulle ensam - Få en autentisk souvenir set (Banzuke rankning blad och mapp)

Orientering - Vi börjar i Narihira Park (nära toaletten), där din Expert Guide kommer att välkomna dig för en insidergenomgång. Innan du beger dig till stallet får du lära dig sumons dolda historia, ritualer och viktiga etikett för att säkerställa att du upplever övningen som en sann insider.
Morgon övning visning - [Högt ljus] Bevittna den råa kraften: Upp-nära och personlig Känn jorden skaka och hör stöten när Japans titaner kolliderar bara några meter bort. Det här är ingen turistshow – det är en pulshöjande, autentisk inblick i den orubbliga disciplinen och råa energin hos professionell "Asageiko" (morgonträning). Viktig anmärkning: Turneringsperiod Under Grand Sumo Tournament (ca 2 veckor i jan, maj, sept) börjar träningen 30 min tidigare och visningstiden är ca 1 timme.
Interaktion med brottare -[Highlight]Exklusiv frågestund och fotosession med brottare Prata direkt med brottarna för att höra deras berättelser och ta personliga bilder tillsammans med idrottarna. ”Interaktiv bonus : När brottarnas schema tillåter kan vi erbjuda en speciell chans för manliga gäster att kliva in i ringen och uppleva en vänskaplig ”utmaning” (ej tillgänglig under turneringssäsonger).
Avslutande session - Souvenirer och extra frågor Vi återvänder till parken för en avslutningssession. Din Guide kommer att presentera dig med en officiell "Banzuke" (rankning blad) i en specialdesignad souvenir mapp. [Extra tid för nyfikna sinnen] Om du har mer brännande frågor om sumovärlden, dess traditioner eller brottarnas livsstil, kommer din Guide stanna för att ge djupare insikter. It was a once in a lifetime lifetime experience. Watching the Sumo train over a few hours you feel like you get to know them as individuals. The Sumo life is fascinating. They really go ant it in training! Our guide was very nice and informative. The Sumo were very gracious answering our questions at the end of the session.

The Sumo Wrestling Morning Practice was very insightful into what these athletes endure to become professionals. This activity opened my eyes to just how rigorous their training truly is and the dedication it takes on their part. Momo (our guide) was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions. The Q & A session at the end also allowed interaction with the wrestlers so they could share their experiences. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone, old or young.

We attend the morning practice session with our guide Ryoko. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole morning, it was interesting and informative and have recommended this experience to many others since attending mid May. Ryoko was a terrific guide and went above and beyond helping us to the metro after and assisting us to get to the fish markets, even breaking her own journey to make sure we were on the right track. No hesitation, in our option this experience was better that the more touristy options.
