- Denna tur är endast tillgänglig för gäster från 12 år och uppåt. Gäster under 12 år får inte vistas i sumostallet. Om en gäst under 12 år hittas kan vi bli tvungna att neka deltagande utan återbetalning.
- Turen kommer att starta snabbt, och gästerna måste komma i tid. Vänligen NOtera att sena ankomster inte kommer att kunna delta i turen, och ingen återbetalning eller ombokning kommer att ges för missade turer.
- Observera att de flesta sumostallar inte har stolar, och gästerna förväntas sitta direkt på tatami (halmmatta golv). Vissa platser på turen kanske inte är tillgängliga med rullstol eller barnvagn.
- Gästerna måste strikt följa reglerna för varje sumo stall. Om en gäst uppträder störande eller bryter mot stallets regler förbehåller sig stallet rätten att neka inträde eller deltagande utan återbetalning. Observera att endast tatamiytor är tillgängliga inne i stallet, alla andra ytor är förbjudna.
- Vid behov får gästerna lämna stallet innan träningen är slut, men var medveten om att återinträde inte är tillåtet när du har gått ut.
- Fotografering under träningen är föremål för varje sumostalls policy. Beroende på dag kan det vara förbjudet att fotografera brottarna eller med dem.
- Beroende på antalet deltagare kan gruppen delas upp och tilldelas olika stall. Platser inne i stallet är enligt först till kvarn-principen, senare ankomster kan sitta längre framifrån.
- Vänligen förstå att sumostall kan ställa in eller justera sitt träningsschema i sista minuten baserat på brottarnas tillstånd eller turneringsåtaganden. Vid avbokning från stallet kommer full återbetalning att utfärdas omgående.
- Längden på övningspasset kan variera, vilket kan leda till att turen avslutas tidigare eller senare än beräknat.
- Vänligen använd toaletten innan turen börjar, eftersom toaletten kanske inte är tillgänglig under träningen.
- Boknings ändringar eller önskemål som görs på dagen för turen kan inte tillgodoses. I vissa fall kan vi begära en ändring av din turné tid eller datum beroende på tillgången på sumo stall.
- Japans klimat har blivit mer extremt, med sommartemperaturer som når upp till 40 °C och vinterlåga nivåer som sjunker till - 5 °C. Klä dig lämpligt för vädret.
- Det finns ingen separat entréavgift för att delta i sumo morgonträning.

This is not one of those showy/drinks included/put on a sumo suit and try to wrestle a real sumo excursions. This is an authentic visit to a real sumo stable to sit in on their morning practice (just like its advertised). It's fascinating and not the typical touristy sumo experience. Personally, I would have loved a little more insight like possibly a walk through their living quarters or maybe even a Q & A with one of the wrestlers (if they spoke English), but it was still really really good
The guide, Maria, was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. It was very interesting to watch and time flew by quickly
Seeing the Sumo training right up close is an intense and fascinating experience. Our guide Hiro did a great job explaining the basics and answering our questions. The sumo were clearly working hard and giving it their all to improve their skills. Some even crashed into the section were watching from as they tried to push reach other out of the ring, so you need to keep your bags and feet out of the way. It was a real privilege to watch their daily practise. Definitely one of the best things I've seen in Japan so far.

We Loved it- up close and personal watching the sumos workout and there was no holding back in their practice fights Maria was great guide explaining how the stables operate and background of Sumo so we could understand what we were stepping into it.

My guide was excellent. He made sure that i Understood the history and what was expected of me at the stable. He then helped me get the train to my next activity.

This was a cool experience and I am glad I did it. I learned a lot about sumo and really enjoyed watching the young men who are trying to become sumo wrestlers interact with their coach. This is much like the minor leagues in baseball. They have a dream and work hard with little or no pay, but only a few really make it big. The only down side is that it's 2 hours of sitting still and watching. Make sure you use the restroom beforehand. This probably would have been perfect if it was only 1 hour. However, I wouldn't want to leave after the first hour, because you'd only see the drills and exercises and would miss the wrestlers competing with each other. It was pretty intense. These guys work hard. I was afraid one would have a heart attack or something.

Marie's enthusiasm for Sumo is incredible! She knew the answer for every obscure question (including mine about shimenawa/shide.) She went beyond what the other tour guides (from 2 other companies did.) She showed up early, she walked us to the stable a little earlier so we could get front row seats. At the end of the tour, she surprised us all with a calligraphy style printout of the current Sumo rankings! I'm a Sumo fan girl now all thanks to Marie!
