Extremely professional and punctual. The vehicle was very comfortable. A totally seamless experience I would book again.
Communication was wonderful. They sent me a WeChat right away, and also the night before as a reminder. Responds immediately. Driver showed up exactly on time, was very efficient in getting us to the airport. Was polite and respectful. Highly recommend!
Our driver, Mr Zhao, was very professional. He Arrived at the hotel 15 minutes early, quickly got our luggage loaded, made sure my son and I were comfortable before heading to the airport. The vehicle was immaculately clean.
We had a last minute request for a bigger vehicle due to the amount of luggage. We thought that the request will not be provided but to our surprise, the company did send us the bigger vehicle even though it’s a last minute request.

Great direction and communication prior and the day of transport to Narita Tobu Hotel. Same company that we used on our arrival transport to Tokyo. Will definitely recommend and use again on our future trip to Japan. Grateful for a smooth trip.
