First of all, we had a hard time finding the driver. Narita is large and Google Maps didn’t work well. We used whats app to contact the driver, but with an unmarked white van it looked like every other van. I speak Japanese and English, but the driver only spoke Mandrin Chinese with a very small amount of Japanese making communication difficult. He didn’t know Tokyo well and after 2 hours of what should have been an hour he dropped us off in front of a hair salon and told us this was the place. It was not a house at all and we asked him to take us to the address we gave him. He said he couldn’t find it and we would just have to be dropped off there at 8:30pm in the Middle of Tokyo with 3 kids. We luckily got a hold of our VRBO rental house owner who happened to speak Mandarin and helped him find the place. Otherwise, after hours of flying we would have ended up on the streets of Tokyo to sleep! It was not a good way to start a vacation. He also drove super fast and we felt unsafe. Overall, not a good experience at all!
This was easy to book. Our drivers communicated consistently using WhatsApp so nothing was "up in the air". Each driver was prompt (actually early) and we made it to our destination without a hitch. I would recommend this service. It made for a stress-free transfer.

This was such a great service. Narita to Shinjuku was about 1 hour 30 minutes and after a long flight, we wanted our kids to get to the hotel ASAP. The driver texted the day before with Whatsapp and I was able to communicate our delay easily to him. He was very responsive which was great. The car was super clean and comfortable. I'm so glad we did this instead of trying to take the metro or a shared bus service!
