OH MY GOODNESS, do not use this company. My son and I were stranded in Japan for 45 minutes but knowing the language or what to do. I called multiple times, no answer. We were both having very bad anxiety as we had large suitcases as well. The driver showed up, knew no English, placed our two suitcases in the back, and threw the third over the back seat into the third row- just threw it! New suitcase! THEN, he continued to ride everyone's butt the entire ride to the hotel, this is not customary in Japan. People drive well here. My son and I were both holding on to the handles for dear life. It was TERRIBLE! I also asked for ID when he arrived as it was me and my 13 yo son, he pointed at his license plate and told me to look it up. It was a terrifying experience- the absolute worst! If it could go wrong, it did with using this company, or maybe just the driver, but it was BAD!

When we arrived at the Narita airport, I couldn’t find our driver so I called him but I couldn’t understand what he was saying so I got help from an English speaking man who relayed the message to me. I had to go outside where the taxi stand was and walk past all the taxi cabs until I found our driver. Then I had to gather and move my family and luggage to our waiting van. The drive to our hotel was comfortable and uneventful.

It all worked out fine. Driver seemed inexperienced. Not as attentive and professional as other drivers we’ve used in Japan.

Drivers communicated with me upon arrival for pickup. Just felt a little rushed and didn't get a chance to exchange money

The operate was very responsive and driver was polite and helped with our bags. The vehicle was also well kept and clean. I highly recommend their services.

This was our return home. All was good. The car had running water and air conditioning. Very tired from the road.
