- Om Sumida River Cruise avbryts av operativa skäl, kan Tokyo Bay Cruise (ca 50 min. / inklusive flodkryssningen) som avgår från Odaiba Island via Rainbow Bridge användas som ett alternativ. I ett sådant scenario kommer besöket i Hama-Rikyu Gardens att utelämnas.
- Om både Sumida River Cruise och Tokyo Bay Cruise inte är tillgängliga på grund av driftskäl eller väderförhållanden, kan det vara ett alternativ att köra genom Odaiba Island via Rainbow Bridge och ta Metro Expressway till Asakusa med buss.
- Barn upp till 5 år kan gå med på turnén gratis. Observera dock att bussplatser och lunch inte kommer att tillhandahållas gratis. Om bussplatser eller lunch krävs för ett barn debiteras tillämplig barnavgift.
- Turen innebär en bra mängd promenader utomhus. Vi rekommenderar att du bär sneakers eller bekväma skor. Vänligen förbered regnkläder, som ett paraply eller en regnrock, vid dåligt väder.
- En taxi kan användas för hämtning och retur. På grund av operativa skäl kan det hända att en guide inte följer med dig när du tillhandahåller hämtnings- och returtjänster.
- Turens längd är cirka 4,5 timmar. Resterande tid kommer att avsättas för hämtning och restid mellan attraktionerna.

Joshie was an amazing guide and recovered the tour after some errors picking us up. We ended up having to go half way across the city by taxi. Once on the bus the tour was really great and Joshie was the perfect guide.

It was very rainy and cold. The guide should have adjusted the itinerary so that we did not walk long distances in the pouring rain. Most everyone on the tour was unhappy about that. I left the tour early and paid a taxi to take me back to hotel.

Our experience began with poor communication with the tour operator. They went to the wrong hotel to pick up my wife and me. After we were not picked up as promised, I called and they sent an employee in a taxi to pick us up. We joined the tour late, missing most of the first stop. We were promised an English tour, but all of the river cruise commentary was in Japanese. The tour was poorly organized. For example, we were given very little free time at the very crowded shopping area at Asakusa temple. Would not recommend this tour at all!

Nice balance of guiding and free time! Our guide was gracious and knowledgeable. Also kudos to the company. When we did not show up at the correct stop they called us and sent a field guide to pick us up n a taxi and transport us to join the tour! That’s what I call business like and caring !! It was a last min plan, however everything was perfect. Guide was friendly and sweet, they dropped me at my hotel which even though it was not listed.
