They never showed up we waited for over an hour we called number and it was disconnected I need to dispute all charges with bank this is horrible cutiner service the number they have listed hangs up on you when you call it
I met some of the other people who signed up for tour but operator did not show up. No communication. Instructions said to arrive 12:30 for 1pm tour and we waited till 1:15.
Great experience. We had an awesome tour guide. He was very knowledgeable of the city. We would highly recommend.
I loved seeing the murals and the cultural center. I learned so much from the guide. It was an awesome experience.
We had an awesome time with tour guide Tadeo. (Diego, who met us at the border was super great and helpful!!!) Tadeo was SO knowledgeable about the culture of Tijuana and about the local artists. This is exactly the experience we were hoping for, being avid art fans.
We enjoyed all of it! The street art was amazing, and Tadeo was exceptionally knowledgeable about the artists, their history, and their techniques. Including stops for lunch, beer, and tequila tasting was a great idea, it made for some enjoyable breaks throughout the day. Diego, the guide who met us in San Diego to accompany us across was also very friendly and patient, especially when we had a hard time figuring out where to park when we first arrived. We would be happy to do more tours with this company and with these guides in particular
The tour was a great combination of street art, food, and drinks. Besides being friendly, Tadeo was extremely knowledgeable about the street art, as well as Tijuana in general. We would be very happy to do another tour with him in the future. We also want to thank Diego for assisting us with the meet-up and crossing from San Diego, he was very helpful when we had a hard time finding the location.
Our tour guide, Tadeo, was very knowledgeable and able to tailor our tour to our individual needs and Covid restrictions. He was also a very fun addition to our day.
