The worst experience ever. I am in dispute with them. Their local supplier never contacted us. They gave us their local number , tried several times to contact without success. We had to wait at the collection point, nobody came , contacted their so called support center in Germany and they didn't manage to contact their supplier. On top of it they want to give use our money as credit and not refund. I am escalating it with my bank and to the relevant European authorities. They have no service, AVOID THEM
Viator did not show up. We took uber to the spa and to return. Viator refunded my money. There is no internet at the spa, so one must have a data plan for Hungary to order an uber. The spa is a long way Bucharest. I recommend securing your return transport in advance.
Disastrous, first she sent me the tickets via WhatsApp, then I told her we couldn't find the place but we had passed by twice and there was no one. When I asked her, she said they had left. Then I asked her if on the way back where we were waiting, and she blocked my phone. Another person from the group sent her a WhatsApp and she blocked her too; we only asked about the return. We lost the money for the outbound and return trip; I will never do any excursion with you again. I left early and sent a WhatsApp to ask her to explain the location better; I knew we were close.
The driver for elite did not show up. We had to take an uber to the Therme spa and back, and had to purchase tickets at the spa. The Elite service secured via viator was a complete waste to time. We have applied for a full refund. I suggest you travel to the Therme spa on your own. Do not bother with a tour. Uber and Bolt are available for transport. Be sure you have a mobile phone connection. Without it, you will not be able to connect to the Internet at Therme.
