The tour was very nice. Our tour guide Leo was great, knowledgable and with a great sense of humour. I would book this tour again for sure.
Lina provided great insight into her hometown. Lots of facts and items of interest. I especially liked her pointing out the various clocks along the way that are way above your head.

Very informative funny guide We were asked to pay although we already had paid 35 so where did that money go?

It looks like you might have accidentally purchased tickets for a completely different paid company online, but somehow ended up joining our group instead! While we can't solve the mystery of where your initial €35 went (you might want to check your booking confirmation email to request a refund from that other provider!), we are secretly so glad you ended up on the wrong tour and had such a fantastic time with us anyway! Leo our guide spoke fluently with pictures in hand and you will learn lots of history (and funny jokes). He was engaging and included our participation with questions!! Overall we learnt much more about Hamburg city and highly recommend.

Our guide was not good. Forgot what she was saying, talked too much about things that don’t matter and gave a 5 minute schpeel on why and how much we should tip her.

Victor had lots of energy and was enthusiastic but his delivery in a heavy Paraguayan accent was hard to follow. He has some funny jokes but also the habit of constantly asking unanswerable questions, which grew tiresome. The tour lasted 2 hrs 25 mins (we covered a lot of ground) not the advertised 2 hours.
